Abstract:

The present invention includes an over-voltage removing unit that removes an over-voltage due to a lightning surge incoming from a plus terminal and from a minus terminal by using a common terminal connected to a ground terminal, an impulse removing unit that removes an impulse due to a lightning surge incoming from the plus terminal and from the minus terminal, and a negative polarity surge removing unit that removes a lightning surge having negative polarity incoming from the plus terminal and from the minus terminal.
