Abstract:
The protective device consists of a protective casing (10) mounted, via a positioning and fixing means, on a support secured to the body shell of the vehicle. This protective casing (10) limits the amount of water or chippings splashed onto or thrown up against various accessories such as the alternator-starter belt (1), the belt tensioners and the alternator, compressor and crankshaft pulleys.
