Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of press operations, and provides a device for punching, stretching and extrusion productions. The device comprises a push rod (7), a pedestal (1), a base plate (2), a push block (3), and at least two connecting rod assemblies (4). The push block (3) is fixed to the push rod (7) and reciprocates between the pedestal (1) and the base plate (2). A cambered profile (3-1) and an arc-shaped slide slot (3-2) are formed in the push block (3). Each connecting rod assembly (4) comprises an upper connecting rod (4-1), a lower connecting rod (4-2), a return rod (4-3), and a hinge pin (4-4). One end of each of the upper connecting rod (4-1), the lower connecting rod (4-2), and the return rod (4-3) is jointly hinged to the hinge pin (4-4). One end of the upper connecting rod (4-1) is formed as a support portion having an annular profile, and the other end of the upper connecting rod (4-1) is hingedly connected to the base plate (2). The other end of the lower connecting rod (4-2) is hingedly connected to the pedestal (1). The other end of the return rod (4-3) is formed with a return head (4-31) clipped in the arc-shaped slide slot (3-2). A slide block (5) is provided between the push block (3) and one end of the upper connecting rod (4-1). The device is simple and compact in structure and small in size, has a novel transmission mode, and can improve the transmission capability significantly, effectively reduce the energy consumption and the impact vibration, and lower the impact noise.
