Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for quickly changing a tool at the tail end of a robot. The device comprises a machine frame (1), a tool connector (4) fixed onto the machine frame (1), and a robot tail end connector (3) pneumatically connected to the tool connector (4), wherein the tool connector (4) is fixed onto the machine frame (1) by means of a pneumatic device (2), and the robot tail end connector is fixedly connected to a sixth shaft of an external robot. The device for quickly changing the tool at the tail end of the robot can continuously switch between peripheral tools, such as a welding gun, a grinding tool and a laser cleaner, at an execution end of the robot according to the current treatment process requirements.
