Abstract:
A device for quickly picking up balls in an automatic bearing assembling machine comprises a main part of a steel ball plate (8) connected to ball containers. The main part of the steel ball plate (8) is provided with plural ball passages (81), and each ball passage (81) corresponds to each gauge of steel balls (82) respectively. A long round hole (83) is provided on the front sidewall of each ball passage (81), and a ball supporting rod (3) is arranged below each ball passage (81). The width of the long round hole (83) is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball (82) in the ball passage (81). An inclined block (11) for picking up the balls is provided in front of the main part of the steel ball plate (8), and the inclined block (11) is mounted on a moving seat (13) for a ball falling pipe. The moving seat (13) is linked to a transversely moving mechanism which makes the inclined block (11) align with a selected ball passage (81). In addition, the moving seat (13) is linked to a driving cylinder (14) which makes the inclined block (11) insert into or move away from the long round hole (83). The cross-section of the moving seat (13) is L-shaped, and a horizontal arm capable of pushing the ball supporting rod (3) to open a discharge port of the ball passage (81) is provided on the moving seat (13). A ball falling pipe (20) communicating with the discharge port of the ball passage (81) and allowing the steel balls (82) to be discharged is provided on the horizontal arm. The ball picking-up device has the advantages of altering the number of the steel balls easily, replacing the steel ball gauge easily and low requirement for assembling. In addition, the ball picking-up device can meet the practical requirements of customers who demand various varieties and small quantity.
