Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for rapidly preparing a conductive silver adhesive for LED production, the device comprising a base plate (1), a guide plate (2), a right frame (3), a collecting box (4), a first supporting rod (5), a first sliding rail (6), a first sliding block (7), a stirring tank (8), a discharge port (9), an electric control valve (10), a left frame (11), a movable rod (13), a first connecting rod (14), a second sliding rail (15), a second sliding block (16), a movable block (17), a second connecting rod (18), a fixing seat (19), a first belt pulley (20), a disc (21), a flat belt (22), a second supporting rod (23), a worm gear (24), a second belt pulley (25), an ejector plate (26), a motor (27), a worm (28), a stirring rod (29) and a blade (30). During work, the motor (27) rotates and drives the worm (28) so that same rotates, thereby driving the blade (30) on the stirring rod (29) so that same rotates and stirs raw materials in the stirring tank (8). At the same time, the meshing between the worm (28) and the worm gear (24) enables the first belt pulley (20) and the second belt pulley (25) to rotate, and further drives, by means of the first connecting rod (14) and the second connecting rod (18), the movable rod (13) so that same moves, thereby driving the stirring tank (8) so that same moves to the left and to the right, so as to achieve full stirring. The present invention has the advantages of a good preparation effect, high work efficiency, simple operation, common and cheap materials and long service life.
