Abstract:
A device for realizing high-speed stable neck forming of a pull-top can by multiple re-positioning, comprising a feeding station (A) and a plurality of neck forming stations (C), the feeding station (A) comprising a loading and transporting rotating disk (2), and further comprising a stable transition station (B) embedded between the feeding station (A) and the neck forming stations (C) and comprising first and second stable rotating disks (5, 6), a plurality of vacuum suction recesses (3) being uniformly distributed on the circumferential surfaces of the first and second stable rotating disks (5, 6), and thus when the first stable rotating disk (5) and the loading and transporting rotating disk (2) rotate to receive materials, a can body (0) enters a vacuum suction recess (3) of the first stable rotating disk (5) from a vacuum suction recess (3) of the loading and transporting rotating disk (2) by means of a first calibration handover position (4b), and when the first stable rotating disk (5) and the second stable rotating disk (6) rotate to receive materials, the can body (0) enters a vacuum suction recess (3) of the second stable rotating disk (6) from the vacuum suction recess (3) of the first stable rotating disk (5) by means of a second calibration handover position (4c). The device can realize high-speed stable production.
