Abstract:
A device for removing iron from a nickel-cobalt-manganese sulfuric acid solution, and a method for continuously removing iron ions from a nickel-cobalt-manganese sulfuric acid solution at a low temperature. The device for removing iron from a nickel-cobalt-manganese sulfuric acid solution is provided with an iron removal reactor (2) and an ageing reactor (9), wherein a stirrer (3) is provided in the iron removal reactor (2); an ageing reactor stirrer (7) is provided in the ageing reactor (9); an iron removal reactor inner cylinder (5) is provided in the iron removal reactor (2); a mixing feed pipe (12) and a carbonate solution feed pipe (4) are arranged in an interlayer between the iron removal reactor (2) and the iron removal reactor inner cylinder (5); a mixer (1) for a preheating device is arranged at the top of the mixing feed pipe (12); a compressed-air inlet (11) and an inlet (10) where a solution to be subjected to iron removal is fed are provided in the mixer (1); and an automatic stone powder feeder (8) is arranged on the ageing reactor (9). Further disclosed is a method for removing iron therefrom. The present application has the advantages of the requirements for apparatuses not being high, being energy saving, continuous production being possible, the efficiency of energy production being greatly improved, it being possible to oxidize divalent iron ions into trivalent ions without adding an oxidant, the iron removal rate being 99.5% or more, etc.
