Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for removing residue generated during the division forming of meat, the device comprising: wires positioned side by side on the outer circumference of a rotation drum, for separating the division formed meat from the rotation drum; a wire moving part for positioning the wire on the outer circumference of the rotation drum, or for supporting the wire so as to be separated from the outer circumference of the rotation drum; and a scrap meat removal portion for removing the scrap meat attached to the wire by moving a cleaning member along the wire separated from the outer circumference of the rotation drum by the wire moving part. The present invention enables the division formed meat to be accurately separated from a processing system, eliminates the decrease in quality of the division formed meat and interference in the separation operation by automatically removing the residue attaching inevitably during the separation process of the division formed meat, and increases the operating rate of the device by enabling a continuous operation over a long period of time.
