Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission design and manufacturing, and provides a device for restraining and elastically resetting a movable-tooth slider, particularly, a device for restraining and elastic resetting a thick movable-tooth slider, which can reliably restrain the slider without welding and achieve elastic resetting. The position of an elastic resetting stressed area (2) of the slider is offset with respect to the central line of the slider. During assembly, the elastic resetting stressed areas (2) of adjacent sliders are staggered, so as to construct a relatively enclosed restraining space for a spring; and then the spring is organically combined with a limiting and restraining bar (11), and is entirely restrained in a relatively enclosed and stable space; and the slider (1) can be restrained and limited by using the limiting and restraining bar (11) and a fixing pin (10) and through a fixing pin mounting hole (9). Therefore, welding and riveting processes are not required, the structure is simple, the space is compact, and the performance is reliable.
