Abstract:
A device for retaining a PC cabinet or similar underneath a desk or similar in a detachable manner is described, which device comprises a central, plate-shaped member (2) with at least one pair of arms (3, 4), where each arm includes a toothed portion (5, 6), which toothed portion (5) of one arm (3) in the pair of arms is interconnected with the other toothed portion (6) of the other arm (4) in the pair of arms via a cogwheel (11), in a manner such that movement of one arm (3,4) causes the other arm (4, 3) to move in the opposite direction. A tightening and locking mechanism grips the side walls of the PC cabinet by using flexible blocks or plates (9, 10) at the end of the arms (3, 4).
