Abstract:
This invention relates to a device for returning a suction throttle valve of an engine, which is used for a fuel injector and a carburetor. A cup-shaped spring holder (32) having a collar at the outer circumference of the open end portion thereof is fixed to an end portion (22a) of a valve shaft (22) projecting outward from a suction cylinder (21), with a clearence for passing a coil therethrough left between the suction cylinder (21) and the open end portion of the holder (32). An outwardly wound coiled spring (36) is fitted around the spring holder (32) to prevent the axial deviation of the holder (32), and an end portion of an inwardly wound coiled spring (31) fitted around the end portion (22a) of the valve shaft (22) is drawn out of the mentioned clearance and is fixed on a spring support (28). This enables the returning device to be made with a simple construction with ease, the mechanical strength thereof to increase, the number of constituent parts thereof to be reduced, a part-assembling operation to be carried out easily and the strength of the valve shaft to be improved.
