Abstract:

In order to enable efficient product registration by means of a weighing/pricing device used for person-to-person sales in a sales system in which registration of a product is carried out by a portable terminal device carried by a customer, this weighing/pricing device is configured so as to be equipped with: a registration means for executing a registration process for registering a product being purchased; a connection means for connecting another device to the host device such that communication is possible; an input means for inputting identification information of the other device connected to the host device; and a storage means for storing, in association with each other, information pertaining to a product registered by the registration means and identification information input by the input means.
