Abstract:
A device for sensing a user of an elevator according to the present invention is provided with: a first recognition unit that recognizes an attribute of a user who has called an elevator using a car call means in an elevator guide area that leads to landings of a plurality of elevators; a determination unit that determines, from among the plurality of elevators, an elevator for which there is set an attribute matching the attribute recognized by the first recognition unit; a second recognition unit that recognizes an attribute of a user present at the landing of the elevator for which there is set the attribute of the user who is to board the elevator; an assessment unit that assesses whether the attribute recognized by the second recognition unit matches the attribute set for the elevator; and a notification unit that notifies the elevator for which there is set the attribute of the user who is to board the elevator about assessment result information from the assessment unit.
