Abstract:
A device for effectively separating paper sheets mixed in bottle chips during a PET bottle chip raw material treatment process in the chemical fiber industry, i.e. a device for separating paper sheets from bottle chip raw materials, comprises a feeding unit, a cyclone separator (4), a suction fan (6) and a paper sheet collector (7). The feeding unit is comprised of a feeding hopper (1), a centrifugal fan (2) and a conveying air pipe (3). The cyclone separator (4) is connected to the tail end of the conveying air pipe (3). A discharge port is arranged at the lower end of the cyclone separator (4), and a suction pipe (5) is connectedly arranged at the upper end of the cyclone separator (4). The suction pipe (5) is connected to the suction fan (6) arranged in the paper sheet collector (7). The device well solves the problem of low efficiency in separating the paper sheets by manual operation, and can separate the PVC paper sheets mixed in the PET bottle chips automatically.
