Abstract:
The device for separating and processing an injection needle according to the present invention comprises: a syringe mount unit having a syringe insertion hole, the syringe insertion hole having at the lower end thereof a hub separation protrusion, and a needle passage hole formed beneath the syringe insertion hole, the needle passage hole having at the top thereof a needle separation protrusion, the syringe mount unit having a hub sliding path for providing a discharge path for the hub from which the injection needle is separated; a pair of needle separation gears having respective needle separation gear body parts each having a knurling area at the outer surface thereof; a pair of needle processing gears having respective needle processing gear body parts each having a tooth-shaped needle processing area formed in a lengthwise direction at the outer surface thereof; and a driving unit for rotating the pair of needle separation gears and the pair of needle processing gears in opposite directions. Thus, the injection needle can be stably separated from the hub, and an operation for processing the injection needle (bending or cutting) can be stably performed.
