Abstract:
A device for shock-absorbing when making movements comprises an envelope (1) and an elastic base (2) contained in the envelope and consisting of two superposed layers (3 and 4) provided on their contacting surfaces with protrusions (5). The layers (3 and 4) are mutually superposed so that the protrusions (5) of one layer are located in the hollows (6) between the protrusions (5) of the other layer and are provided with air chambers (7) located between the points (5) of the protrusions and the bases (9) of the hollows (6) of the layers (3 and 4). Each air chamber (7) is connected by means of through channels (12, 13) to the gaps between the envelope (1) and the layers (3 and 4).
