Abstract:

The present invention relates to a device for simultaneously molding/manufacturing shoe components using an induction heater and, more particularly, to a technology regarding a device for simultaneously molding/manufacturing shoe components using an induction heater that can make a mold slim and rapidly heat the same using induction. The present invention provides a shoe molding device configured such that an upper mold formed on an upper press and a lower mold formed on a lower press engage with each other, thereby molding a shoe, the shoe molding device being characterized in that bulk molding compound (BMC) plates are formed on the upper surface of the upper mold and on the lower surface of the lower mold, respectively; induction heaters are installed on the BMC plates, respectively, such that the upper mold and the lower mold can be heated by an electromagnetic field; the upper mold and the lower mold are made of a magnetic material; and non-magnetic members are installed between the upper press and the upper mold and between the lower press and the lower mold, respectively, so as to block heat conduction to the upper press and the lower press and to guide rapid heating of the upper mold and the lower mold.
