Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for smoke evacuation coupled to a trocar and a trocar comprising same. The device for smoke evacuation, according to the present invention, comprises: a coupling part coupled to a trocar and having a first hollow formed therein; a body part coupled to the coupling part, having a second hollow communicating with the first hollow and having a discharge hole formed therein capable of communicating with the second hollow; and a button part, coupled to the body part, for communicating the second hollow with the discharge hole by moving the positions thereof according to a user's operation, thereby discharging smoke to the outside through the first hollow, the second hollow, and the discharge hole. According to the present invention, in a process of performing laparoscopic surgery using the trocar and a laparoscopic surgery device, an operator can discharge smoke generated in the abdominal cavity of the human body in a short time with a simple motion, and thus, while improving the convenience of the operator, it is possible to prevent the possibility of medical accidents that may occur due to hazy vision within the abdominal cavity.
