Abstract:
A device for supplying a film forming material, provided with a feeder and a chute (215) which allows the film forming material supplied from the feeder to slide and drop onto a material receiving section of a hearth. The chute (215) is provided with a bottom surface (215c) for allowing the film forming material to slide thereon and drop, and also with side surfaces (215d) provided on both sides of the bottom surface (215c). The bottom surface (215c) and the side surfaces (215d) are connected to each other by circular arc-shaped sections (215e). The configuration minimizes formation of a bridge of the film forming material on the chute (215) to realize stable supply of the film forming material.
