Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to indicate to an operator a grace period within which an operation is to be carried out when an accident has occurred at a nuclear power plant.
Accordingly, the present invention is characterized in that it is provided with: a sensor signal input device; an accident event estimating device; a procedure document database; a procedure document selecting device which, on the basis of the accident event, determines a procedure document, from the procedure document database, to which reference is to be made; an automated procedure verifying device which uses the sensor signal to verify an item in the procedure document and to determine the next operation; a plant status analyzing device which, on the basis of the accident event and the next operation, calculates a predicted value of the sensor signal by analyzing the plant status for cases in which the operation is carried out with a plurality of operation timings; an operation threshold value database which stores an operation threshold value of the sensor signal, corresponding to an operating procedure for use at the time of an accident; and an operation grace period calculating device which calculates the operation grace period within which the operation is to be carried out, by determining whether or not the predicted value of the sensor signal reaches the operation threshold value.
