Abstract:
A device and system for power consumption detection. The device for power consumption detection comprises a power consumption detection module (101) and a radio module (103). The power consumption detection module (101) is arranged within a switch socket (102) and is used for controlling the turning on or turning off of the switch socket (102) and for detecting the power consumption of an electric appliance connected to the switch socket (102). The radio module (103) is connected to the power consumption module (101) and transmits power consumption data detected by the power consumption detection module (101) to a monitoring platform. The power detection apparatus is capable of monitoring the power consumptions of various electric appliances, and is capable of discovering power consumption abnormalities caused by overloading or electrical leakage, thus facilitating the elimination of potential safety risks in a timely manner.
