An opening/closing device (10) having a simply structured opening/closing mechanism (30) having a pressure regulation valve for regulating the internal pressure in a fuel tank. The opening/closing mechanism (30) has a gasket (GS) fitted to the opening peripheral edge of an inlet port (14P) in a tank-opening forming member (11), a valve opening/closing mechanism (50) for opening and closing the inlet port (14P) and regulating the internal pressure in the fuel tank, and a retreat mechanism for selectively moving the valve opening/closing mechanism (50) between a closed position and an oil supply position in operative association with an oil supply gun (FG). The valve opening/closing mechanism (50) takes the closed position and the oil supply position, where at the closed position, the inlet port (14P) is opened and closed, and at the oil supply position, the mechanism retreats from the inlet port (14P) to enable fuel supply.
