Abstract:
A device temperature control device comprising: a working fluid circuit (10) constituting a thermosiphon-type heat pipe and circulating working fluid; a temperature adjustment unit (21) that adjusts the temperature of the working fluid in the working fluid circuit; and a control device that controls the operation of the temperature adjustment unit. The working fluid circuit has: an evaporator (12) that evaporates the working fluid by absorbing heat from the device (BP); and a condenser (14a) wherein the working fluid evaporated by the evaporator is cooled and condensed. The control device controls the temperature adjustment unit and suppresses reduction in the temperature of the working fluid inside the working fluid circuit, if the temperature difference between the device and the working fluid in a liquid state is greater than a prescribed temperature difference.
