Abstract:
Disclosed are a device for testing anti-dust performance of a cosmetic product and a method for testing performance using the same. A method for testing anti-dust performance of a cosmetic product according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a preparing step of applying a cosmetic product to an arm of a test participant; an inserting step of inserting the arm of the test participant into an inner space of a chamber, which is isolated from the outside, through an insertion passage of an insert unit; an ejecting step of ejecting dust into the inner space; a cleaning step of discharging the dust from the inner space to the outside; a withdrawing step of withdrawing the arm of the test participant to the outside; and a measuring step of taking an image of the arm of the test participant and measuring the brightness of the cosmetic product from the taken image. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a device for testing anti-dust performance of a cosmetic product and a method for testing performance using the same, wherein not only the respiratory organs of the test participant are fully protected from artificial dust, but the density of artificial dust suspended in air in the periphery of the arm, to which the cosmetic product has been applied, is maintained evenly.
