Abstract:
A device for testing the effect of spraying powder to a rubber plantation by an unmanned aerial vehicle, comprising an air guide tube (1), a baffle (2), and an adhesion plate (3). A first opening (9) is formed at the middle of the air guide tube (1); the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3) are rotatably connected below the first opening (9); vent holes (10) are formed on the upper parts of the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3); the lower part of the baffle (2) is provided with a gap (11) for powder to pass; the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3) are respectively connected to torsion springs (4); the two torsion springs (4) are respectively connected to worm gears (12); the torsion springs (4) drive the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3) to rotate in opposite directions; each worm gear (12) is engaged with a worm (13) fixed on a motor (5); a position-limiting block (6) is provided at the top of each of the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3); a first telescopic rod (8) and a position-limiting rod (7) are provided at the top of the air guide tube (1); a through groove (14) is formed at the bottom of the position-limiting rod (7); when the through groove (14) is misaligned with the position-limiting blocks (6), the position-limiting rod (7) limits rotation of the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3); when the through groove (14) is aligned with the position-limiting blocks (6), the limit to the rotation of the baffle (2) and the adhesion plate (3) is released.
