Abstract:
A device for testing the tightness and strength of an airtight cabin (10), comprising: a tooling plate (1), which may enter the inner side of an airtight cabin (10) by means of an opening of the airtight cabin (10) and which is attached to the inner side surface of the airtight cabin (10) at a position corresponding to the opening, the middle part of the tooling plate (1) being provided with a test hole (11), and one side of the tooling plate (1) being connected to connecting rods (5) which may pass through the opening; a sealing gasket (2), sleeved on the connecting rods (5) and positioned between the tooling plate (1) and the inner side surface of the airtight cabin (10); and a fixed edge plate (3), sleeved on the connecting rods (5) and positioned outside of the airtight cabin (10). The outer dimensions of the tooling plate (1), the gasket (2) and the fixed edge plate (3) are all greater than the dimensions of the opening of the airtight cabin (10) so as to block the opening; the end of the connecting rods (5) has a fastener connected thereto which may press and connect the tooling plate (1), the sealing gasket (2) and the fixing edge plate (3) to the inner and outer sides of the airtight cabin (10). The test device has a simple structure, may facilitate test operations, and is capable of saving a large amount of costs and effectively shortening the construction period for a watercraft.
