Abstract:
The utility model relates to the field of food industry, namely to kitchen equipment, in particular to electrical multifunctional devices for thermal treatment of food products. The objective of the claimed technical decision consists in the creation of an electrical device with different component parts, such as a body with a foundation, at least one heating element and/or a support, and with a possibility of moving the heating element and/or the support vertically with respect to the foundation by means of a height adjustment device and, as a result, reducing or, on the contrary, increasing the space inside the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products. The support can be removable or non-removable. This device with the moving function is convenient in operation, expands the functionality of devices for thermal (heat) treatment of food products and makes it possible to use containers of any volume from 100 ml to 25 liters.

WITH MOVING FUNCTION Claims of the utility model

1. A device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products with moving function comprising a body with a foundation, at least one heating element and/or a support for a food container and characterized in that the heating element and/or support can be moved vertically with respect to the foundation by means of a height adjustment device.

2. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that the height adjustment device is made in the form of a drive.

3. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that the height adjustment device is made in the form of a folding lift mechanism.

4. The device according to claim 1 is characterized in that the support can be removable.

WITH MOVING FUNCTION

Technical field

The utility model relates to the field of food industry, namely to kitchen equipment, in particular to electrical multifunctional devices for thermal treatment of food products. Background

Different devices for thermal (heat) treatment of food products are known, e.g. convection oven, microwave oven, deep fryer, breadmaker, multicooker, steam cooker, etc., which represent electrical devices with different component parts, both built-in and removable or additional ones. For example, one of the built-in parts is a heating element, the type, position and number of which depend on manufacturers, and an additional accessory in such devices is a removable food container (bowl) installed on the heating element and/or on a support. All this equipment is simple in use, convenient and makes the life of people easier freeing them from the necessity to stand beside a kitchen stove for a long time. The only disadvantage that can be mentioned is the impossibility to use a food container (bowl) of various volumes because of the lack of a function of moving the support under the bowl or the heating element with respect to the body.

For example, a breadmaker SD-ZB2502 by Panasonic with a food container (bowl) and a circular tubular electric heater can bake three variants of weight (about 600 g, about 800 g and about 1 kg) of bakery goods depending on loading of food products. And the manufacturer does not permit to use a container of another volume, because it will be either too big or, on the contrary, small. Divisions (a scale) are simply marked on the food container included as an additional accessory in the set. Accordingly, it is impossible to move the heating element and/or the support under the food container (bowl).

In a multicooker by MARTA (model MT-1933) taken as the closest analogue, the construction of which includes a body, a heating element (a tubular electric heater) and a food container of 5 liters, heating is effected by the tubular electric heater placed below. The main disadvantage is the impossibility to use food containers of various volumes because of the fixed heating element. Disclosure

The objective of the claimed technical decision consists in the creation of an electrical device with different component parts, such as a body with a foundation, at least one heating element and/or a support, and with a possibility of moving the heating element and/or the support vertically with respect to the foundation by means of a height adjustment device and, as a result, reducing or, on the contrary, increasing the space inside the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products. The support can be removable or non-removable.

The height adjustment device, which is placed inside the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products, can alternatively be made in the form of a drive, which can be mechanical, automatic, hydraulic or any other.

The height adjustment device, which is placed inside the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products, can alternatively be made in the form of a folding lift mechanism.

The technical decision is shown in two variants.

Fig. 1 (the first variant) shows schematically the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products (reference sign 1) with a fixing mechanism (reference sign 2). The food container (reference sign 3) is installed on the heating element or the removable support (reference sign 4). The moving function is alternatively implemented by means of use of a drive (reference sign 5) and a spring placed inside it (reference sign 6) with a fixing sensor. The moving of the heating element and/or the removable support (reference sign 4) is effected up and down, thus the inner volume of the device is reduced making it possible to use a food container of any volume from 100 ml to 25 liters. The moving of the heating element and/or the removable support is effected vertically with respect to the foundation (not shown in fig. 1 ) of the device body.

In fig. 2 (the second variant) reference sign 1 is the device for thermal (heat) treatment of food products in section; reference sign 3 is the removable food container; reference sign 4 is the heating element or removable support; reference sign 5 is the folding lift mechanism; reference sign 6 is a motor; reference sign 7 is nuts and reference sign 8 is a screw. The moving function is alternatively implemented by means of actuating the motor (reference sign 6), which rotates the screw (reference sign 8) making the nuts (reference sign 7) draw together or move away from each other, thus actuating the folding lift mechanism (reference sign 5). The moving of the heating element and/or the removable support (reference sign 4) is effected up and down, thus the inner volume of the device is reduced making it possible to use a food container of any volume from 100 ml to 25 liters. The moving of the heating element and/or the removable support is effected vertically with respect to the foundation (not shown in fig. 2) of the device body.

By operating such a device with the function of moving the support inside the body, a user can use food containers of various volumes and, accordingly, cook for oneself or for a big company.

Let us consider, for example, cooking of pilaf in a multicooker.

A user lives alone, since his family has gone to the country. At home he has a multicooker with a food container of 6 liters. But there is a function of moving the support in his kitchen appliance allowing him to use a food container of a smaller volume. He takes a one liter food container, puts it on the heating element, moves the latter on another level, puts products according to a recipe and in a given time obtains a ready dish.

This device with the moving function is convenient in operation, expands the functionality of devices for thermal (heat) treatment of food products and makes it possible to use containers of any volume from 100 ml to 25 liters.
