Abstract:
The present invention adds a service which is executed by a mobile terminal and controlled via a LAN by other apparatuses. In a mobile terminal (12), an SSDP server (50) supplies the URL of a service stored in a storage unit (41) to a LAN (13). When a new service is requested via the LAN (13) from other apparatuses, an application management unit (53) controls an HTML browser (52) so as to acquire a web application corresponding to the new service from a server on the Internet and activate the acquired application, and stores the URL of the new service in the storage unit (41).
