Abstract:
The invention relates to the traceability of samples in the field of biotechnology and is used as a traceability system when obtaining irrefutable biological samples and related information, and the results of their processing to create a collection of samples. Thus, this invention relates to a device that enables the traceability of biological samples in which said device makes it possible to establish a common link between the informed-consent form of the donor, the related data and the biological samples taken from said donor. The invention also relates to the method for tracing samples using the aforementioned device as well as the verification methods based on the trace created by the device.
