Abstract:
Provided is a device for transceiving an OLED-on-silicon image and manufacturing method therefor. The device for transceiving an OLED-on-silicon image comprises a substrate (1), a plurality of photodiodes for light sensing, and a plurality of OLEDs for light emitting. Each OLED comprises a metal interconnection line anode (8), a hole transport layer (12), an organic light emitting layer (9), an electron transport layer (13), and a transparent cathode layer (10). The hole transport layer (12), the organic light emitting layer (9), the electron transport layer (13), and the transparent cathode layer (10) are sequentially formed on the metal interconnection line anode (8). The organic light emitting layer (9) is located only above a region corresponding to the metal interconnection line anode (8) and does not extend to a position above a region corresponding to the photodiodes. The plurality of photodiodes and the organic light emitting layers (9) of the plurality of OLEDs are arranged to form a pixel matrix of the device for transceiving an image. The device for transceiving an OLED-on-silicon image has high photodiode sensibility.
