Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for treating a chemical fiber exhaust by-product. The device comprises a liquid sealing barrel (1), a W mixing elbow (2), a degassing tank (3), a washer (4), a water-ring vacuum pump (5), a gas and water separator (6), a water sealing overflow barrel (7), a PH meter (8), a feeding system (9) and a water cooling pipeline (10). The liquid sealing barrel (1) is connected to the W mixing elbow (2), the degassing tank (3), the washer (4), the water sealing overflow barrel (7), the PH meter (8) and the feeding system (9) by means of a pipeline; the W mixing elbow (2) is connected to the degassing tank (3), the feeding system (9), the water sealing overflow barrel (7) and the PH meter (8) by means of a pipeline; the degassing tank (3) is connected to the washer (4) by means of a pipeline; the washer (4) is connected to the water-ring vacuum pump (5) by means of a pipeline; the water-ring vacuum pump (5) is connected to the gas and water separator (6) and the water sealing overflow barrel (7) by means of a pipeline; and the water cooling pipeline (10) enables the water-ring vacuum pump (5), the degassing tank (3) and the washer (4) to be in communication.
