Description:
A DEVICE FOR TREATMENT

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a device for therapy that applies the sympathetic nervous system pulsed radio frequency (PRF), which enables the complications encountered in the surgical treatment of primary hyperhidrosis to be reversible and side effects can be reversed and the maximum efficacy can be assessed.

Prior Art

Primary hyperhidrosis is treated by surgical intervention to the relevant region of the sympathetic nervous system. In the treatment, the nerve is cut off, cauterized or blocked with titanium clips. Blocking with the titanium clip is preferred because it has the chance of reversing. However, there is a risk of not reversing in a 5-10% range. In a different treatment method, sympathetic nerve is intervened with the radio frequency needle applied through a wig. However, in said method the intervention to nerve is made under the scope of the scopy and thus complications such as pneumothorax, intercostal artery or venous injuries are encountered.

The Chinese patent document CN202776536, which is included in the prior art, refers to a miniature electrocoagulation bar of a special double tube type for palmar hyperhidrosis treatment. The double-tube mini-type electrocoagulation bar consists of stainless steel round capillaries, an isolation tube, an electrocoagulation wire, an electrocoagulation wire collection column, and flexible tubing. Here, the stainless steel hollow capillaries are arranged in two pieces side by side, and each capillary tube is tightly wrapped in a flexible tube in the back of the tube respectively. It is mentioned in the patent document that in a conventional treatment plan for palmar hyperhidrosis applied in the prior art, it is associated with a 5 mm thoracoscope and a 5 mm electrocoagulation hook, which has disadvantages such as slightly larger incision, improper operation and relatively blurred visual field. The double tubed mini-type electrocoagulation bar is described as having a smaller incision, clearer visual field and more comfortable working advantages that it can effectively solve the experienced disadvantages.

Brief Description of the Invention

The object of the present invention is to realize a therapeutic device that performs reversible dynamic and functional inhibition without necrosis of the nerve pathways by applying pulsed radio frequency (PRF) pulses to the respective regions of the sympathetic nervous system for the treatment of reflex healing in the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis.

Another object of the invention is to realize a therapeutic device which allows the it to be decided whether or not the reflex sweating, which is quite fatal in the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis, will be tolerated by the patient in due course.

Another object of the invention is to provide a treatment device, which provides a reversible treatment, and this way provides continuation or interruption of treatment according to the expectation and/or satisfaction of the patient after treatment.

Detailed Description of the Invention

A "Device for treatment" for achieving the object of the present invention is illustrated in the attached figures, wherein said figure disclose;
