Abstract:
A device for trimming gates of an automotive trim strip, comprising a working table (1) on which multiple side-by-side trimming regions (11) are provided, each trimming region (11) corresponding to a gate on an automotive trim strip. A shearing apparatus (14) and a first fixing apparatus (12) are provided in the trimming region (11). The first fixing apparatus is close to one end of the shearing apparatus. The space between the first fixing apparatus (12) and the one end of the shearing apparatus (14) forms an accommodation position (111) adapted to the gate on the automotive trim strip. A first cutter (141) is provided on the end face of the shearing apparatus (14) that is close to the first fixing apparatus (12). The first cutter (141) is capable of stretching to the first fixing apparatus (12) and retracting from the first fixing apparatus (12). The device for trimming gates of an automotive trim strip features easy operation, trims gates at accurate positions, and can effectively improve the product quality and production efficiency.
