The present invention relates to device for ultrasonic extraction at room temperature. The device for ultrasonic extraction at room temperature of the present invention may enable: the prevention of the destruction of an extract, such as chlorophyll, which is to be extracted from an extraction target, such as silkworm excrement, contained in an extraction tank; an increase in the amount of extract, such as chlorophyll, obtained, by using two extraction tanks; the prevention of a material harmful to the human body, such as ozone, being mixed with an extraction target, such as silkworm excrement, and thus the rendering of any additional refining process for removing harmful material, such as ozone, from the extraction target, such as silkworm excrement, unnecessary.
