Abstract:
Provided is an opening/closing device for a vehicle, the opening/closing device being capable of being mounted to an opening/closing body with improved work efficiency. An opening/closing device for a vehicle is used to operate a slide door provided to the vehicle body. The opening/closing device is provided with: a drive unit (19) which is provided to the slide door and which operates the slide door by winding a closing-side cable (26) and an opening-side cable (27), which each have one end supported on the vehicle body; a pulley unit (65) which is provided to the slide door and which supports both the closing-side cable (26) and the opening-side cable (27), which are routed between the drive unit (19) and the vehicle body; a waterproof cover (39) which closes an opening (55) provided in the slide door so as to allow both the closing-side cable (26) and the opening-side cable (27) to pass therethrough, the closing-side cable (26) and the opening-side cable (27) being routed between the drive unit (19) and the pulley unit (65); and a grommet (41) which seals between the pulley unit (65) inserted in an insertion hole in the waterproof cover (39) and the waterproof cover (39) and which connects the waterproof cover (39) and the pulley unit (65) so that the waterproof cover (39) and the pulley unit (65) are relatively movable.
