Embodiments of the present application disclose a charging/discharging device and a vehicle, which are used to reduce the complexity of the structural layout of a vehicle and improve the integration of the vehicle. The charging/discharging device comprises: an AC/DC conversion circuit, which is used for converting inputted first alternating current power into first direct current power; a DC/DC conversion circuit, which is coupled to the AC/DC conversion circuit and is used for rectifying the first direct current power and outputting second direct current power and third direct current power, which are used to charge a power battery and a low-voltage battery, respectively; a DC/AC conversion circuit, which is coupled to the power battery and is used to convert fourth direct current power outputted by the power battery into second alternating current power, the second alternating current power being used to supply power to electrical equipment; and a controller, which is coupled to the AC/DC conversion circuit, the DC/DC conversion circuit, and the DC/AC conversion circuit and is used for controlling the output voltages and/or output currents of the AC/DC conversion circuit, DC/DC conversion circuit, and DC/AC conversion circuit.
