Abstract:
A device for ventilation during the welding of a small compartment of a ship, comprising: a ventilation main pipe (1) having a main pipe first end (11) and a main pipe second end (12), the main pipe first end (11) being disposed in a compartment (100) and communicating with the compartment (100), and the main pipe second end (12) being disposed outside the compartment (100); a compressed air delivery pipe (2) comprising a delivery pipe first end (21) and a delivery pipe second end (22), the delivery pipe first end (21) communicating with a compressed air generator disposed outside the compartment (100), the delivery pipe second end (22) extending to the interior of the compartment (100) and communicating with the interior of the ventilation main pipe (1), and the compressed air delivery pipe (2) being inclined towards the main pipe first end (11). By connecting the compressed air delivery pipe (2) and the ventilation main pipe (1), the ventilation main pipe (1) constantly discharges smoke produced during welding of the compartment (100) out of the compartment (100 under the effect of compressed air, the circulation of air in the compartment (100) is accelerated, so that fresh air in the compartment (100) is increased, the welding environment is also further improved, the welding efficiency is improved, there is no air directly blowing towards the welding position, and therefore, an air-hole defect is avoided, i.e., the welding quality is not affected.
