Abstract:
A device for a water saving and emission reduction technology of alkali-pretreated lignocellulose enzymolysis and saccharification comprises an alkaline liquid storage tank (1), a first metering pump (3), a pretreatment tank (2), a first centrifuge (6), an enzymolysis tank (7), a second metering pump (9) and an enzyme liquid storage tank (8) that in sequential communication. A liquid outlet (6.3) of the first centrifuge (6) is in communication with a pretreatment waste liquid storage tank (13), a primary washing wastewater storage tank (14), a secondary washing wastewater storage tank (15) and a third washing wastewater storage tank (16) in parallel by means of pipelines and valves. Bottom liquid outlets of the pretreatment waste liquid storage tank (13) and the primary washing wastewater storage tank (14) are in communication with the pretreatment tank (2) respectively by means of a third metering pump (17), so as to form a circulation loop. Bottom liquid outlets of the secondary washing wastewater storage tank (15) and the third washing wastewater storage tank (16) are in shakeproof communication with the first centrifuge (6) respectively by means of a third centrifugal pump (18), so as to form a circulation loop. The device implements efficient enzymolysis saccharification and water saving and emission reduction of alkali-pretreated lignocelluloses, reduces the water consumption of the lignocelluloses pretreatment residue washing process, decreases waste liquid discharge, and reduces operation costs.
