Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a device that provides photostimulation effect in the sperma of animal species interacting with different wavelengths with laser/led diodes at different wavelengths and powers and also performs the sperma thawing process.
State of the Art
The laser/led diodes used for the photostimulation process are designed specifically for a single species with constant power or fixed wavelength in the current photostimulation effective devices used today. In addition, these developed devices are intended for use in the laboratory environment and do not provide ease of use in the field. Therefore, the popularity and use of these devices has been limited. On the other hand, since there is no sperm thawing unit in the existing devices, the thawing process is carried out using hot water outside the device. Since there is a risk of sperm cells coming into contact with water in straws damaged during thawing with water, thus the problem of the possibility of damage to the sperm occurs.
Abstract of the application numbered CN107980722A, which emerged as a result of technical research is as follows; “A breeding method for promoting breeding and breeding of broiler chickens through light management is described. In order to achieve this, LED white light, red light, blue light, green light and yellow light are mixed as the light source, and the light sources are adjusted according to the different growth times and number ratio of males and females.”
As can be seen, the invention is similar to our proposed study in that it aims to increase fertility rates by using an adjustable light source. However, relevant study is different from our study in terms of the following aspects; it is only for poultry, it is designed for laboratory work, not for field applications, it does not have a control panel for the selection of the appropriate wavelength and application time. It is not portable for field applications and does not have a temperature unit that provides the 37 C environment required for thawing 2 straws.
As a result, due to the above mentioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field.
Aim of the Invention
The invention aims to provide a structure having different technical features which brings a new development in this field different from the embodiments used in the state of the art.
The primary aim of the invention is to adjust the light wavelength and application time of the device to be used to create a photostimulation effect and thus to ensure that the device is applied to the sperm of animal species interacting with laser/led diodes of different wavelengths and powers.
Thus, the device can be used to increase pregnancy rates in other animal species, especially in farm animals.
Another aim of the invention is to present a device that can be used in IVF centers and applications related to human sperm, if necessary ethical and legal permissions are obtained during the process.
The appropriate wavelength, power and time selection for the photostimulation process of the inventive device, is determined on the control panel. In addition, the device, which is designed to be easily portable in the field, can be used easily in laboratory and field studies. This will increase the popularity and prevalence of the device. On the other hand, there is a preheating unit in the device that will keep the ambient temperature at 37°C for thawing the sperm. Thus, thawing and photostimulation processes are performed in the same device and the need for an external semen thawing unit is eliminated.
In order to fulfill the above-described aims, the present invention is a photostimulation- effective device for use in the sperm of animal species interacting with different strengths and wavelengths; it comprises of the following;
• Plate resistor that provides heating of the device and thawing of straws,
• Straw placement unit that enables the positioning of sequins containing sperm,
• Temperature control unit, which allows the temperature to be adjusted by controlling the current of the plate resistance and touch screen to determine which wavelength the sperm will be exposed to, heating time, temperature and control of photostimulation processes, 3
Laser/led diodes placed in the body of the device at different wavelengths and powers to apply the photostimulation process to the thawed sperm,
Energy input part and / or the battery placed in the device that provides the energy needed for the operation of the device to be taken directly from the network.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention are described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created. 4
The present invention relates to a photostimulation device that provides efficiency in the sperm cells of animal species interacting with different wavelengths by using laser/led diodes (30) at different wavelengths and powers.
An easy-to-carry device with photostimulation effect, preferably 20x15x10 cm, is revealed in the inventive embodiment. A plate resistor (20) is used in the lower base (70) of said photostimulation effective device in order to heat the inside of the device. Straws containing sperm are positioned in the straw placement unit (40). The current control of the plate resistor (20) is carried out by the control unit (50), and the temperature in the device is kept constant at 37 °C, the temperature at which the sperma is thawed. Thus, the thawing process of the sperm cells take place.
In addition, laser/led diodes (30) with different wavelengths and powers are placed on the body of the device so as to apply the photostimulation process to the dissolved straws in the device. On the other hand, information such as which wavelength the sperm will be exposed to, heating time, temperature and exposure times to the photostimulation process can be entered via the touch screen (60) placed on the device. The energy needed for the operation of the device is provided directly from the mains or from the battery (10) placed in the device.
The device, in which photostimulation and straw solution processes are performed together, is in dimensions that can be easily used in the field. It can be easily transported by means of the carrying element (80). In addition, since the device can provide the energy it needs from its own battery (10) when necessary, this provides a serious convenience for field use.
