Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a more durable covering/cutting device. The covering/cutting device (1) comprises multiple edges (covering/cutting blades), which cut or cover a substance (101) to be covered and/or cut, and a passage section (S) through which the substance (101) being covered and/or cut passes. When the covering/cutting blades move circumferentially, the direction of movement of the multiple covering/cutting blades on the circles of the circumferential movement and the direction that the substance (101) being covered and/or cut passes through the passage section are the same.
