Abstract:
The present invention enhances convenience in the event of an inability to communicate with a controller. This charging/discharging device (100) is provided with: a communication assessment unit (11) which determines whether or not it is possible to enable communication with an EMS controller (4); and a mode setting unit (12), a charging/discharging control unit (13), and a notification control unit (14) which respectively execute prescribed processes in the case when it is determined that communication is being disabled.
