CLAIMS 1-The use of the 12 gram C02 cylinders (
1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) where a one way valve (1) can be attached to the consumed 12 gram CO2 cylinder with a filling device (2), which enables the cylinder to be refilled with liquidized carbon dioxide (COa) several times. This can be done by anyone on his/her own, where the cylinders can be used in regards to the actual cylinders produced by the manufacturer and sold to customers to be consumed only once, or the 12 gram COs tubes (T1) (T2) have been produced differently for the same purpose. The oneway valve (1) and the filling device (2) is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 2As emphasized in claim 1, the body section (l. A), single piece section (1. B), plug section (1. C), gasket (1. D, 1. E, 1. G, 1. H) washer (1. F), cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. 1), once this is activated and that the one way valve (1) is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices.

A. 4) of the body of the one way valve (1) is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 7As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3 and 4; the one way valve (1) onto the 12 gram COa cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) by being pressed is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram COa cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 8As emphasized in claims 1, 2,3, 4 and 7; the diameter of the connection part (1. A. 4) of the one way valve will have a larger diameter than the diameter of the hole on the entrance of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2). In this way, the one way valve (1) is mounted into the entrance of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) by pressing the connection part (1. A. 4) is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram COz cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 9As emphasized in claims 1, 2,3, 4,5, 7 and 8; the body section (1. A) consists of 8 parts that will be made up of durable metal utensils, at distinctive measurements and is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 11As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7,8, 9 and 10, this part makes up the top part of the body section (1. A) and extends up until the compressing part (1. A. 2) and also the sides have suitable corners that are the same size as the open entrance of the wrench holder part (l. A. 1), these have distinctive measurements The wrench holder part (l. A. 1) is the same size as the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. A) has distinctive measurements is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 13As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7,8, 9,10, 11 and 12, the compressing part (1. A. 2), whilst screwing the one way valve (1) on to the 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) with a female screw that is at the entrance of 12 gram C02 cylinders, shows that the mounting has been completed and at the same time captures the gasket (1. G) in the gasket canal part (1. A. 3), by compressing it in the opening of the recess area of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) and is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 14As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11, 12 and 13, in the body section (1. A), the area between the compressing part (1. A. 2) and the connection part (1. A. 4) is a circular opening, which has distinctive measurements and which is called the gasket canal part (1. A. 3), it holds the gasket (1. G) that is inserted and enables it to operate properly and is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 15As emphasized in claims 1, 2,3, 4,5, 6,7, 8,9, 10,11, 12,13 and 14, the connection part (1. A. 4) takes part in the body section (I. A), between the male screws that are on top of the gasket canal part (1. A. 3) and the lay shaft part (1. A. 5) at distinctive measurements, is formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 16As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7,8, 9,10, 11,12, 13,14 and 15 the connection part (1. A. 4) enables the one way valve (1) to be screwed on to the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2), which is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram COz cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 17As emphasized in claims 1,2, 3,4, 5, 6,7, 8,9, 10, 11, 12,13, 14,15 and 16, the lay shaft part (1. A. 5) has distinctive measurements is between the connection part (1. A. 4) and the bottom part (1. A. 6) of the body section (l. A) and is characterized so thkat a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 19As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the exit part (1. A. 8) is located in the center of the bottom part (1. A. 6) and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram CO2 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 20As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the base area that is of a distinctive measurement, which is between the outer bottom part (1. A. 6) and the exit part (1. A. 8), goes through this bottom part (1. A. 6). The bottom part (1. A. 6) will enable the gasket (1. H) which will be compressed hardly onto the plug section (1. B. 5) is located in the top part (l. B. 1) and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 33As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the top part (1. B. 1) is the part that helps connect the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) that is inserted into the gas canal needle that is located in CO2 guns formed and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram CO2 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 34As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, with the help of the top part (I. B. 1), the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) can be adapted to the filling device (2) and to the C02 gun and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 35As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above the top part (I. B. 1) will help trigger and operate, after pressure has been put onto top area of the single piece section (1. B) that is in the body section (l. A) and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 36As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the neck part (1. B. 2) in the the area between the top part (I. B. 1) and the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (1. B. 2) of the single piece section (1. B) and the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section (1. B) is called the spindle part (1. B. 3) and has distinctive measurements and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 40As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the hole that forms the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is located in the spindle part (1. B), the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is a hole that starts at the center of the base of the socket part (1. B. 5), goes through the spindle part (1. B. 3) and is connected the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) at distinctive measurements and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 53As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is the part that is connected to the hole that composes the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) and characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 54As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the gas canal part (1. B. 6) together with the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) provides the C02 to be transferred to and from the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 55As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) have been opened on the top of the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (1. B), which is connected to the gas canal part (1. B. 6) at distinctive measurements. The gas entrance and exit part holes part (1. B. 7) together with the gas canal part (1. B. 6) provides the C02 to be transferred to and from the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2). The plug section (1. C) is screwed and mounted onto the single piece section (1. C) will open and close according to the movement of the single piece section (1. C) which is strongly pulled towards the base of the bottom part (1. A. 6) by the strained single piece section (l. B), keeps the one way valve (1) closed with the help of the gasket (1. H) resting on the base of the bottom part (1. A. 6) and is characterized so that a person on his/her own can fill the 12 gram C02 cylinder with the assistance of these devices. 60As emphasized in any of the claims mentioned above, the plug section (1. C), is produced and consisted of exterior part (I. C. 1), socket part (1. C. 2), female screwed part (1. C) is situated in the blunt hole that starts from the base center of the socket part (1. C. 2) called the female screwed part (1. DEVICES TO PROVIDE FILLING THE 12 GRAM COz CYLINDERS BY A PERSON ALONE This invention is designed to enable a person to refill the 12 gram C02 cylinders by themselves.

This invention is related to the use of the 12 gram COx cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) where a one way valve (1) can be attached to the consumed 12 gram C02 cylinder with a filling device (2), which enables the cylinder to be refilled with liquid carbon dioxide COz several times. This can be done by anyone on his/her own, where the cylinders can be used in regards to the actual cylinders produced by the manufacturer by the producer and sold to customers to be consumed only once (used), or the 12 gram C02 tubes (T1) (T2) have been produced differently for the same purpose.

When using COz guns, the C02 gas pressure is needed to push the pellet or other similar objects and send them, so that it reaches its target. That is why with some C02 guns they have their own C02 tube filling devices. These special C02 guns are designed differently and are very expensive to produce in regards to the COz guns.

In relation to the C02 guns, the pressure of the C02 gas that is needed to send the pellet or similar object to its target is internationally known and provided as the 12 gram C02 cylinder.

The 12 gram COz cylinders that are produced in the factories are filled with 12 grams of liquidized C02 under pressure, to preserve this gas and sometimes to use these cylinders it may be needed to be pierced with a metal device, which is why the opening of the cylinder is riveted.

The known 12 gram C02 cylinder is sold to the customer so that it can only be consumed once.

The consumer is forced to dispose the 12 gram C02 cylinders after use.

Besides the cost of the CO2's, the costs of these consumed 12 gram CO2 cylinders are very costly, therefore it is reflected to the consumer. That is why the use of these 12 gram CO2 cylinders and CO2 guns negatively affect the consumer.

The consumer is deprived of the enjoyment of reusing these cylinders, because they wish to use these cylinders at a low cost but do not have the necessary equipment to refill these cylinders.

When using the 12 gram GO2 cylinders with CO2 guns, a needle with gas canal is needed to pierce the rivet, so that the 12 gram COa can be used.

After the 12 gram CO2 cylinder is pierced with the CO2 guns needle with gas canal, the liquidized 12 gram C02 is discharged as a gas. Therefore the C02 in the 12 gram CO2 cylinder with the help of the gas canal needle will be released and transported to the necessary parts of the CO2 gun.

The gas canal needle of the COz gun that pierces the rivet of the 12 gram C02 cylinder, within time may not give the same performance due to the excessive use and the quality of the needle made by the manufacturer. As a result of this the C02 gun cannot be used as desired. Also the necessity of the gas canal needle can bring an unavoidable cost to the manufacturer.

The consumer is forced to either use the whole of the C02 in the 12 gram C02 cylinder that is pierced by the gas canal needle, or leave the cylinder half full in the C02 gun.

If the full pierced 12 gram C02 cylinder is left in the C02 gun for a long period of time (especially when the weather is above the normal temperature), the pressure of the C02 will extensively increase. The extensively increased pressurized C02 can cause damage to the elements in the C02 guns. As a result of this the carbon dioxide in the 12 gram C02 cylinder will eventually evaporate and cause damage to the C02 gun.

In this case the consumer who wishes to use the 12 gram C02 cylinder whenever they want or remove it from one gun and place it into another gun, is unable to use the 12. gram C02 cylinders whenever they want or they cannot transfer the cylinder to another gun. Therefore must keep it in the gun at all times. In any case when the full 12 gram CO2 cylinder is removed from the gun, the C02 in the 12 gram C02 cylinder that has been pierced will be squirted out, and will cause damage to the gas canal needle and to the gasket of the gun..

12 GR C02 CYLINDERS (T. 1) (T. 2) WITH THE MOUNTED ONE WAY VALVES (1) At the stage of production, the one way valve (1) by being designed and prepared in 2 separate mounting operations can be mounted onto the connection part (1. The 2nd method: the method of mounting the one way valve (1) onto the 12 gram COz cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) by being pressed.

In this method the diameter of the connection part (1. A. 4) of the one way valve will have a larger diameter than the diameter of the hole on the entrance of the 12 gram COz cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2). In this way, the one way valve (1) is mounted into the entrance of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) by pressing the connection part (1. A. 4) and it is placed properly.

The first method where the prepared one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is more useful to the consumer rather than the second method where the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders are made. Because when needed if the consumer besides the producer needs the parts; (the mounting clamp (MM), open mouthed wrench) and pieces (gasket (1. D), gasket (1. E), gasket (1. G) gasket (1. H) ) will be able to interfere with the making of the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2). If the consumer wishes to use the first method where the one way valve mounted onto the 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) with the gasket (l. H) inside the socket part (1. C. 2) of the plug section (1. C) or any of the gaskets for instance gasket (1. D), gasket (1. E), gasket (1. G) will eventually in the long run will not be able to do its job, they will be able to change the parts at a very low cost.

However, in the second method where the one way valves produced for the 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), once the one way valve (1) that is pressed onto the side of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) is detached, the connection area will be deformed from both sides. On the consumer's part, it is far from practical to remove the deformations that were made when the connection part (1. A. 4) of the one way valve and the 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) has been made.

2. Part: Compressing part (1. A. 2) The part (1. A. 2) between the wrench holder part (1. A. 1) and the gasket canal part (1. A. 3) of the body section (l. A) has distinctive measurements.

The compressing part (1. A. 2), whilst screwing the one way valve (1) on to the 12 gram COs cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) with a female screw that is at the entrance of 12 gram C02 cylinders, shows that the mounting has been completed and at the same time captures the gasket (l. G) in the gasket canal part (1. A. 3), by compressing it in the opening of the recess area of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2).

3. Part: Gasket canal part (1. A. 3) In the body section (l. A), the area between the compressing part (1. A. 2) and the connection part (1. A. 4) is a circular opening, which has distinctive measurements and which is called the gasket canal part (1. A. 3), it holds the gasket (1. G) that is inserted and enables it to operate properly.

4. Part: Connection part (1. A. 4) It (1. A. 4) takes part in the body section (1. A), between the male screws that are on top of the gasket canal part (1. A. 3) and the lay shaft part (1. A. 5) at distinctive measurements..

The connection part (1. A. 4) enables the one way valve (1) to be screwed on to the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2).

5. Part: Lay shaft part (1. A. 5) This part (1. A. 5) has distinctive measurements is between the connection part (1. A. 4) and the bottom part (1. A. 6) of the body section (l. A).

The lay shaft part (1. A. 5) will complete the measurements of the one way valve (1).

6. Part: Bottom part (1. A. 6) This part (1. A. 6), at certain measurements, is at the end of the part that is between the lay shaft part (1. A. 5) and is able to go all the way to the base of the socket part (1. C. 2) of the plug section (l. C) of the body section (l. A).

The exit part (1. A. 8) is located in the center of the bottom part (1. A. 6).

The base area that is of a distinctive measurement, which is between outer bottom part (1. A. 6) and the exit part (1. A. 8), goes through this bottom part (1. A. 6).

The bottom part (1. A. 6) will enable the gasket (1. H) which will be compressed hardly onto the plug section (1. C), which will hold the one way valve (1).

7. Part: Bearing part (1. A. 7) This part (1. A. 7) is of a distinctive measurement, which starts from the top of the wrench holder part (1. A. 1) and continues inwards of the body section (l. A).

The bearing part (1. A. 7) that holds and protects the one way valve (1) and other parts together, enables the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I), single piece section (l. B), the gasket (1. E) and the washer (1. F), the body section (l. A) and the others to work together when inserting the one way valve (1).

8. Part: Exit part (1. A. 8).

This part (1. A. 8) is of a distinctive measurement, located in the body section (1. A), it starts from the center of the base of bottom part (1. A. 6) and continues outwards of the bearing part (1. A. 7).

The exit part (1. A. 8), by inserting the single piece that is screwed with a male screwed part (1. B. 4), is fitted into the body section (l. A), and is pushed out from the spindle part (1. B. 3) and is fitted into the bearing part (1. A. 7), the single piece section (l. B) will enable the part to work without squeezing or expanding.

2. SINGLE PIECE SECTION (l. B) This single piece section (l. B) will enable the plug section (l. C) to open and close and help operate the one way valve (1), and also enable the filling device (2) to transfer the C02 to the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2), or is adaptable to the CO2 guns piece.

The single piece section (l. B) will enable the device to work with the help of the parts of the one way valve (1) inserted on some parts ; gasket (l. D), gasket (1. E) washer (l. F) and is the movable piece of the one way valve (1).

The pressure that is forced and then released, makes the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) go back and forth at the bearing part (1. A. 7) and helps the single piece section (1. B), to accomplish its operation.

The single piece section (l. B) is adaptable to the filling device (2) that enables the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to be filled with CO2, or to empty out the C02 from the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinders (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2), which also enables the C02 in the one way valve 12 gram COx cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to be transferred to the C02 guns distinctive piece.

The socket part (1. B. 5) is located in the top part (I. B. 1) The top part (1. B. 1) is the section that is left on the outside of the single piece section (1.B) of the baring part (1.A.7), after the one way valve (1) is mounted.

The top part (1. B. 1) is the part that helps connect the one way valve 12 gram Cl, 2 cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) that is inserted into the gas canal needle that is located in C02 guns.

With the help of the top part (l. B. 1), the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T.1)(1. T. 2) can be adapted to the filling device (2) and to the C02 gun.

The top part (l. B. 1) will help trigger and operate, after pressure has been put onto top area of the single piece section (1. B) that is in the body section (l. A).

2. Part: Neck part (1. B. 2) In the single piece section (1. B), the area between the top part (l. B. 1) and the spindle part (1. B. 3) has distinctive measurements (1. B. 2).

The neck part (1. B. 2) inserted in the bearing part (1. A. 7), pushes and squeezes the base area and the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) with the help of the plug section (1. C), which was mounted onto the single piece section (1. B) by being screwed.

The neck part (1. B. 2) helps the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) form pressure which keeps the single piece section (1.B) in the bearing part (1.A.7) tense.

3. Part: Spindle part (1.B.3) The area between the neck part (1. B. 2) of the single piece section (l. B) and the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section (l. B) is called the spindle part (1. B. 3) and has distinctive measurements.

The hole that forms the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is located in the spindle part (1. B. 3).

The gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) is composed and located on the spindle part (1. B. 3).

4. Part: Male screwed part (1. B. 4) It is the part of the single piece section (1. B), which has distinctive measurements and starts from the end of the spindle part (1. B. 3), ends at the base and has male screwed parts (1. B. 4).

The male screwed part (1. B. 4), is screwed to the single piece section (l. B) with the help of the female screwed part (1. C. 3) of the plug section (1. C), helps it to be mounted onto the single piece section (l. B).

5. Part: Socket part (1. B. 5) This part (1. B. 5) of the single piece section (l. B) has a hole in the top part (l. B. 1) and has distinctive measurements.

At the center of the base of the socket part (1. B. 5), the hole where the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is composed.

The socket part (1. B. 5) is the part where the gasket is placed (1. D).

The socket part (1. B. 5) is the part that takes in the gas canal needle from the C02 gun without touching it, and it also helps the ceiling area of the top part (I. B. 1) and contacts the gasket that is situated around the gas canal needle of the C02 gun.

6. Part: Gas canal part (1. B. 6).

As part of the single piece section (1. B), the gas canal part (1. B. 6) is a hole that starts at the center of the base of the socket part (1. B. 5), goes through the spindle part (1. B. 3) and is connected the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) at distinctive measurements.

The gas canal part (1. B. 6) is the part that is connected to the hole that composes the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7).

The gas canal part (1. B. 6) together with the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) provides the C02 to be transferred to and from the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

7. Part : the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) The gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) have been opened on the top of the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (1. B), which is connected to the gas canal part (1. B. 6) at distinctive measurements.

The gas entrance and exit part holes part (1. B. 7) together with the gas canal part (1. B. 6) provides the CO2 to be transferred to and from the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

3. PLUG SECTION (1. C) The plug section (1. C) will hold and control the one way valve (1) closed, until it reaches the required working pressure, and the control of the flow of the C02 that goes into the depot of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The plug section (1. C) is screwed and mounted onto the single piece section (1. B).

The plug section (1. C) will open and close according to the movement of the single piece section (1. B), and is the moving part of the one way valve (1).

After the mounting of the one way valve (1), the plug section (1. C) will hold the single piece section (1. B) at a strained position; this is done due to the effect of the pressure of the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) that is situated in the bearing part (1. A. 7).

The plug section (l. C) which is strongly pulled towards the base of the bottom part (1. A. 6) by the strained single piece section (1. B), keeps the one way valve (1) closed with the help of the gasket (1. H) resting on the base of the bottom part (1. A. 6).

The plug section (1. C), is produced and made up of three parts with different measurements, and is made from metals that are durable towards C02.

THE PARTS FOR THE PLUG SECTION (1. C) 1. Part: Exterior part (I. C. i) 2. Part: Socket part (1. C. 2) 3. Part: Female screwed part (1. C. 3) DESCRIPTION OF THE PLUG SECTION PARTS (l. C) 1. Part: Exterior part (1. C. 1) The exterior part (I. C. 1) is the cylindrical area which has a distinctive size, starts from the outer side and ends at the other, which forms the exterior of the plug section (l. C).

The exterior part (1. C. 1) helps the plug section (1. C) to go through the entrance of the female screwed 12 gram CO2 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2).

2. Part: Socket part (1. C. 2) The hollow that has been opened in the plug section (l. C) forms the socket part (1. C. 2) at distinctive measurements.

The hole that starts from the base center of the socket part (1. C. 2) forms the hole which is the female screwed part (1. C. 3).

The socket part (1. C. 2) is the area where the gasket (l. H) is placed.

The socket part (1. C. 2) where the gasket (1.H) is placed and protected will help its duty to be carried out.

3. Part: Female screwed part (1. C. 3) This distinctive sized part of the plug section (1. C) is situated in the blunt hole that starts from the base center of the socket part (1. C. 2) called the female screwed part (I. C. 3).

The female screwed part (1. C. 3) will help the plug section (1. C) to be mounted on to the single piece section (l. B) by being screwed.

4- GASKET (1. D) This is circular and has a hole in the middle, it is produced from soft materials at necessary durability against the C02, there are no seepages, and has a distinctive size and has corners (l. D).

The gasket (1. D) is placed in the socket part (l. B. 5) of the single piece section, and is part of the one way valve (1).

The gasket (l. D) with the help of the hole in the middle, will take the gas canal needle of the COx guns.

When the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is functioning in the CO2 gun, the gasket (1. D) will prevent the C02 from being collected between the socket part (1. B. 5) of the single piece section (l. B) and the gas canal needle of the CO2 gun.

The gasket (1. D) once the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) starts to work, will together with the socket part (1. B. 5) of the single piece section (1. B), will be compressed between the gasket that surrounds the gas canal needle of the CO2 gun, and complete its duty.

Gasket (1. D) will prevent seepage ofthe CO2, when the top part (1. B. 1) of the one way valve of the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is connected with the C02 guns gas canal needle.

5-GASKET (1. E) This is circular and has a hole in the middle, it is produced from soft materials at necessary durability against the CO2, there are no seepages, and has a distinctive size and has corners (1. E).

The gasket (1. E) is placed on the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (1. B), and is the part of the one way valve (1).

The gasket (I. E) that is between the base area of the neck part (1. B. 2) of the single piece section (I. B) and the washer (1. F) is then placed on top of the spindle

part (1. B. 3), it is then placed in the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section whilst on top of the single piece section (1. B).

Once the one way valve (1) is mounted, in result to the pressure on one side of the washer (l. F) made by the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) that is in the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section, the washer (1. F) with its other side will compress the gasket (1. E) to the base area of the neck part (1. B. 2), so it will do its duty.

Whilst the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is working, the C02 that is filled in the bearing part (1. A. 7), the gasket (1. E) will prevent the C02 from leaking out from the one way valve 12 gram cylinder, whilst the C02 is between the bearing part (1. A. 7) and neck part (1. B. 2) 6-WASHER (1. F) The washer (l. F) is circular and has a hole in the middle, this is durable against the C02, and has corners and a distinctive measurement.

The washer (l. F) is the part of the one way valve (1) which is placed on top of the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section.

With one side of the washer (l. F) that is placed so that it rests on the other side of the gasket (1. E) which has been placed on the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (1. B), the other side of the washer (l. F) will contact the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) that has been placed in the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section.

After the mounting of the one way valve (1), inside the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section, the washer (1. F) while pushing the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) directly with its one side also pushes the gasket (1. E) and presses it to the base of the neck part (1. B. 2), as a result of pressure from the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) on its other side.

The washer (1. F) not only helps the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) by pushing it directly, but also helps the gasket (1. E) to operate without being damaged by pushing it with the help of the pressure.

7-GASKET (1. G) This is circular and has a hole in the middle, this is produced from soft materials at necessary durability against the CO2, there are no seepages, and has a distinctive size and has corners (l. G).

The gasket (l. G) is placed inside the gasket canal part (1. A. 3) of the body section, and is a part of the one way valve (1).

The width of the gasket (1. G) is thicker than the width of the gasket socket of the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2).

As long as the one way valves (1) is screwed and mounted to the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2), the gasket (1. G) will be inserted into the gasket socket of the female screwed 12 gram cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) and will be pressed by the compressing part (1. A. 2) and will do its duty once ready.

The gasket (l. G) will prevent the COz from leaking between the connecting screws of the one way valve (1) and the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2), this is prevented when the C02 is being filled into one way valve the 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The gasket (l. G) will prevent seepages happening when the CO2 is to be filled into the one way valve 12 gram COs cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2), if the one way valve (1) is secured with a female screw onto the 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2).

8-GASKET (1. H) This is circular and has a hole in the middle, this is produced from soft materials at necessary durability against the CO2, there are no seepages, and has a distinctive size and has corners (l. H) The gasket (1. H) is placed in the socket part (1. C. 2) of the plug section, and is a piece of the one way valve (1).

The plug section (l. C), after male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section is placed through the hole in the middle of the gasket (l. H), is then fastened to the single piece section (I. B).

During the mounting of the one way valve (1), the gasket (1. H) is squeezed and fastened between the base area the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section and the base area of the socket part (1. C. 2) of the plug section (l. C).

When the plug section (I. C) holds the one way valve (1) closed, the gasket (1. H) will prevent the CO2 in the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) from seeping inside the exit part (1. A. 8).

9-CYLINDERICAL HELICON PRESSURE SPRINGS (1. 1) This is made from steel wire, it is at a certain size, and is the known cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I).

The cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) after it is placed in the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section, the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section is inserted through the spring which must have a certain thickness and is made at a certain size so that it will enable the single piece section (1. B) to do its duty and is a part of the one way valve (1).

The cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) that is in the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section, will force the pressure that is produced and will strain the single piece section (1. B) which will give the necessary power so that the plug section (1. C) does its duty.

B-THE APPARATUS (DAA) USED WHEN MAKING HOLES FOR THE ONE WAY VALVE (1) The COz transportation is made in the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), with the help of the gas canal part (1. B. 6) of the single piece section (1. B) and the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) that are connected. The single piece section (1. B) that is a part of the one way valve (1) can be produced at lathe work shops with all its parts apart from the holes for the entrance an exit of the gas that can be opened horizontally along the spindle part (1. B. 3).

Holes that have been made for the gas entrance and exit of this part (1. B. 7) of the single piece section (l. B) must be done precisely and with extra care. This will make the job harder for the producer, who must carry out the following two duties carefully.

1. The gas entrance and exit holes parts (1. B. 7) that will be connected to the gas canal part (1. B. 6) must be opened horizontally at the center of the width of the spindle part (1. BU3), but the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single part piece, must be carefully selected with the right drill due to the size of the item; that is why, the producer is unable to horizontally make the hole that is required for the spindle part (1. B. 3) 2. It is inadvisable for the holes to be opened at any place on the spindle part (1. B. 3) towards the bearing part (1. A. 7) from the holes exit part (1. A. 8).

As the COz coming out of the exit holes whilst being filled into the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) squirts with pressure and fills the reservoir of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) after hitting the gasket (l. H).

The gasket (1. H) that comes face to face with the C02 is liable to lose its working ability very quickly. That is why the gasket (l. H) must be prevented from direct pressure from the C02. Due to this, the gasket (l. H) in the bearing area of the socket part (1. C. 2), and the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7), the holes that make this up are at the exit part (1. A. 8) of the one way valve, must be in between the surface area so that the spindle part (1. B. 3), must be opened horizontally, which is a very important matter.

Therefore, the one way valve (1) must be kept open with the help of the plug section (l. C); so that the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) will be able to aim at the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) and no pressure will be put on them.

In this case it will be very hard for the producer to do. To eliminate these difficulties the apparatus (DAA) used when making the holes has been manufactured.

The apparatus (DAA) used when making holes, will promptly direct the gimlet to make a proper horizontal hole for the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) to the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece part of the one way valve (1).

The apparatus (DAA) used when making holes is consisted up from four parts, it is made from metal cylinders, at distinctive measurements, and it is used in the manufacturing of the one way valve (1).

PARTS OF THE APPARATUS (DAA) USED WHEN MAKING HOLES 1. Part: Exterior part (DAA-1) 2. Part: Guidance holes part (DAA-2) 3. Part: Spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3) 4. Part: Connection part (DAA-4) DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE APPARATUS (DAA) USED WHEN MAKING HOLES 1. Part: Exterior part (DAA-1) It is the cylindrical exterior part (DAA-1) of the apparatus (DAA) that starts from one end and reaches the other end.

The guidance holes part (DAA-2) is located on the exterior part (DAA-1).

The exterior part (DAA-1) helps the person to use the apparatus (DAA) comfortably by holding it with one hand.

2. Part: Guidance holes part (DAA-2) It is the distinctive sized part (DAA-2) of the apparatus (DAA) starting from the top of the exterior part (DAA-1) and continues up to the hole of the spindle part (1. B. 3), formed by the connection holes.

The guidance holes part (DAA-2) is the part that guides the drill gimlet to make proper holes.

The guidance holes part (DAA-2) helps the manufacturer use their drill gimlet to make holes in the spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3) then place it in the one way valves (1) single piece part of the spindle part (1. B. 3) and the holes that make up the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) will be made, the guidance holes will easily and precisely help make the holes.

3. Part: Spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3) It is the distinctive sized part (DAA-3) of the apparatus (DAA) used for making the holes formed on its one side.

At the entrance of the spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3) the connection part (DAA-4) is located on the base.

The hole entrance of the spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3), is the part where the apparatus (DAA) used to make holes is mounted by being screwed on the

one way valves single piece section (1. B), and a distinctive sized of the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section is fitted into.

The spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3) helps the holes, letting the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) taking part on the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section, open when necessary.

4. Part: Connection Part (DAA-4) This part (DAA-4) starts from the center of the base hole entrance of the spindle part (DAA-3), that makes up the blunt hole and has female screws which is a part of the apparatus (DAA) for making holes.

The connection part (DAA-4) will assist the apparatus (DAA) to be screwed and mounted onto the single piece section (I. B).

USE OF THE APPARATUS (DAA) WHEN MAKING THE HOLES The manufacturer will place in the single piece section (1. B) in such a form that the base area of the body will rest on the top part (1. B. 1) of the wrench holder part (I. A. 1) ; so that it will be fitted into the one way valves body parts bearing part (1. A. 7).

Due to this the manufacturer will easily take out the spindle part (1. B. 3), once taking out the male screwed part (1. B. 4) from the exit part (1. A. 8).

The manufacturer will be able to screw on the apparatus (DAA) onto the single piece section (l. B) all the way to the base of the bottom part (1. A. 6).

After mounting has been done the apparatus that is used for making the hole in the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section at a distinctive measurement, will be fitted into the spindle entrance hole part (DAA-3).

The manufacturer by using the gimlet of the drill with the help of the apparatus (DAA) will make a hole all the way through from the spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section, the holes for the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) will be easily made in the necessary places.

C-MOUNTING CLAMP (MM) USED WHEN MOUNTING THE ONE WAY VALVE (1) During the mounting operation of the one way valve (1), the plug section (1. C) once it is screwed on to the single piece part to the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section (l. B), must be mounted completely.

When you try to turn the two pieces with the plug section (1. C) in one hand and the single piece section (I. B) stable in the other hand, it is very hard and will put pressure on the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (I. I) and the body section (l. A) when being mounted together.

Due to the force on the connecting screws, they may be deformed; the single piece section (l. B) can lose its fragileness, also the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section (1. B) can easily break off.

To overcome these serious disabilities, a special mounting clamp (MM) has been produced.

The mounting clamp (MM) is a device used for the mounting of the one way valve (1).

With the mounting clamp (MM), the single piece section (1. B) and the plug section (1. C) can be mounted without any difficulty; they can properly and easily be screwed and mounted together.

The mounting clamp (MM) device consists of two parts.

PARTS OF THE MOUNTING CLAMP (MM) 1. The body section (MM. 1) 2. Slide bolt section (MM-2) 1. THE BODY SECTION (MM-1) The body section (MM-1), whilst holding the slide bolt section (MM-2) makes up the mounting clamp (MM).

The body section (MM-1) is made up of 5 characterized metals parts at specified measurements.

PARTS OF THE BODY SECTION (MM-1) 1. Part: Bolt installation hole part (MM. 1. 1) 2. Part: Mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) 3. Part: Valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) 4. Part: Exterior part (MM. 1.4) 5. Part: Interior part (MM. 1.5) DESCRIPTION OF THE BODY SECTION (MM. 1) 1 Part: Bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1) This part (MM. 1. 1) being a part of the body section (MM. 1), starts from one side of the exterior part (MM. 1.4), a hole then opens on the interior part (MM. 1.5), which has a female screw inside of it, and has a distinctive measurement.

The bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1), has the same center as the valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) that t takes place on the other side of the body section (MM. 1).

The bolt installation hole part (MM. 1. 1), helps the mounting of the bolt part (MM. 2) by screwing on the handle tool (MM. 2.1) to the body section (MM. 1).

2. Part: Mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) The holes that forms the part (MM. 1.2) of the body section (MM. 1), starts from the base area of the interior part (MM. 1.5) and continues to the base area of the exterior part (MM. 1.4).

The mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) helps the mounting to be stabilized with the help of the bolts screwed onto the body section (MM. 1).

3. Part: Valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) As part of the body section (MM. 1), the hole that starts horizontally from the other side of the interior part (MM. 1.5) and moving to exterior part (MM. 1.4) and is connected to the split, which has distinctive measurements.

The valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) is at the same center with the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1).

The valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) helps the one way valve (1) to be fitted into the body section (MM. 1).

4. Part: Exterior part (MM. 1.4) This part is the exterior part that goes all the way around the body. section (MM. 1) and has distinctive measurements.

The valve entrance part (MM. 1.3), the mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) and the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1) is on the exterior part (MM. 1.4).

5 Part: Interior part (MM. 1.5) This part (MM. 1.5) is the interior of the body section (MM. 1).

The mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) and the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1) and the valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) is found in the interior.

2-SLIDE BOLT SECTION (MM. 2) The slide bolt section (MM. 2) helps the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section to be completely pushed out of the exit part (1. A. 8) that is in the body section (1. A) and the spindle part (1. B. 3) pushed out partially, due to the top part (1. B. 1) of the one way valve single piece section (l. B) is pushed.

The slide bolt section (MM. 2) works as long as it is mounted onto the slide bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1) on the body part, fastened with screws.

The slide bolt section (MM. 2) consists of 2 pieces.

PIECES OF THE SLIDE BOLT SECTION (MM. 2) 1.-Handle tool (MM. 2.1) 2. Plastic piece (MM. 2.2) 1. Handle tool (MM. 2. 1) The handle piece cylinder made from good quality metal, that is at the end of the handle which has male screws, on the other end, where one can easily hold and turn it around there is another handle made from plastic (wood, aluminum etc) (MM. 2. 1).

The handle tool (MM. 2.1) is the piece that forms the device slide bolt section (MM. 2), the mounting clamp (MM) together with the plastic piece (MM. 2.2) that the handle tool (MM. 2.1) is screwed onto the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1) of the body part (MM. 1).

The handle tool (MM. 2. 1) that is screwed onto the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1. 1) of the body section, by turning it around it will help the slide bolt section (MM. 2) do its duty." 2. Plastic piece (MM. 2.2) This piece is part of the slide bolt section (MM. 2), it is made from hard plastic or other similar materials, it is in a cylindrical form and has female screws in the socket in one end of it, and it has distinctive measurements.

The plastic piece (MM. 2.2) is screwed onto the male screw that is on the handle tool (MM. 2. 1).

Once the slide bolt section (MM. 2) does its job, and the handle tool (MM. 2. 1) starts to put pressure to the top part (1. B. 1) of the single piece section, the plastic piece (MM. 2.2) will prevent deformation from occurring.

THE MOUNTING OPERATIONS FOR THE MOUNTING CLAMP DEVICE (MM) The body section (MM. 1) of the mounting clamp device (MM), is inserted into the mounting holes part (MM. 1.2) and secured with the help of the bolts that will stabilize where the mounting will take place.

The handle tool (MM. 2. 1) is mounted onto the body section (MM. 1) by positioning the male screws that are at a certain size to the interior (MM1. 5), so that it can be screwed from the exterior part (MM. 1. 4) of the body part of the bolt installation hole part (MM. 1.1).

The person doing the mounting job, will hold the plastic piece (MM. 2.2) with one hand and hold it in the interior part (MM. 1.5), and at the same time turn the handle tool (MM. 2.1) so that the male screws are screwed onto the female screws on the exterior of the plastic piece (MM. 2.2), with the help of this the slide bolt section (MM. 2) will be mounted.

After the slide bolt section (MM. 2) has been mounted, the installation of the mounting clamp (MM) has been completed.

D-THE MOUNTING OF THE ONE WAY VALVE (1) Firstly the gasket (1. E), with the help of the hole in the middle, will be put on the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section (1. B), so that the surface rests onto the base of the neck part (1. B. 2) then fitted onto the spindle part (1. B. 3).

There after with the help of the hole in the middle of it, the washer (1. F) will be inserted onto the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section, so that ones surface faces the other surface and rests onto gasket (1. E), be inserted onto the spindle part t1. B. 3).

The cylindrical helicon. pressure spring (1. I) is to be placed on to the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section.

The spindle part (1. B. 3) of the single piece section (l. B) is to be placed through the middle of the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) and for it to be fitted into the exit part (1. A. 8) and at the same time the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece sections will be inserted from exit part (1. A. 8) so that it will come out from the body section (l. A) at a distinctive size.

In this way, the other side of the washer (l. F) on top of the spindle part (1. B. 3) once the connection has been made with the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) and the neck part (1. B. 2) will be able to work easily in the body section (l. A), once it has been inserted into the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the single piece section (1. B) at a distinctive size.

The plug section (1. C) after the gasket (l. H) has been inserted into the socket part (1. C. 2), as long it has been screwed from the bottom of the lay shaft part (1. A. 5) up until the base, the male screwed part (1. B. 4) of the single piece section will be partially mounted.

Once this operation has been done the mounting of the one way valve (1) will be partially completed.

For the one way valve (1) to be fitted into the mounting clamp (MM), the plug section (1. C) must be completely screwed onto the single piece section (1. B).

The compressing part (1. A. 2) of the one way valve (1) must be mounted onto the interior part (MM. 1.5) of the mounting clamp, and that it rests on the interior part (MM. 1.5), and is fitted to the valve entrance part (MM. 1. 3) of the mounting clamp.

The activation of the slide bolt section. MM.2) of the mounting clamp, the top part (l. B. 1) of the single piece section will be pushed until it reaches the top of the wrench holder part (l. A. 1).

With the pressure made on the socket part (1. B. 5) of the single piece section (1. B) that forces the exit part (1. A. 8) male screwed part (1. B. 4) to totally and for the

spindle part (1. B. 3) partially to come out. On the other hand, the neck part (1. B. 2) of the single piece section (1. B) will push the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) to be squeezed because indirectly with the base area. The squeezed cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) will put the strain that is needed for the single piece section (1. B) inside the base part of the body section.

The washer (1. F) with the help the neck part (1. B. 2) of the single piece sections will directly push the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) and at the same time with the pressure of the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. 1) put on the gasket (1. E) which will be squeezed between the neck part (1. B. 2) and the base area, so it will do its duty.

The gasket (1. H) is fitted securely between the base area of the spindle part (1. B. 3) and the base area of the socket part (1. C. 2), until the plug section (1. C) is tightened and mounted onto the single piece section (1. B).

After this operation is completed the slide bolt section (MM. 2) is opened and the one way valve (1) is placed inwards pointing outwards on the valve entrance part (MM. 1.3) of the mounting clamp.

The one way valve (1) is totally completed when the gasket (1. G) is fitted onto the gasket canal part (1. A. 3), and the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) is ready for mounting.

E-THE ONE WAY VALVE (1) FOR THE 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDERS (T. 1) (T. 2).

For the one way valve (1), the cylinders are manufactured with good quality and durable metals, at a distinctive size so that it is able to intake the liquidized CO2 for the 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2).

The mouth area of the 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) is altered so that the one way valve (1) could be mounted onto the cylinders, this will turn into the 12 gram C02 cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) for the one way valve (1) are manufactured in 2 different ways.

1-Manufacturing the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) in a single piece 2-Manufacturing the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2) as pieced 1. Manufacturing the 12 gram CO2 cylinder (T. 1) in a single piece The known consumed 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) design is only the ones where the entrance of the mouth can be operated on so that one way valve (1) can be mounted.

2. Manufacturing the 12 gramC02 cylinder (T. 2) as pieced The 12 gram C02 cylinder that is manufactured with many pieces (T. 2) consists of two sections.

1. Head section (T. 2. A) 2. Body section (T. 2. B) 1. Head section (T. 2. A) The head section (T. 2. A) along with the body section (T. 2. B) is pressed together whilst mounting, and will form the 12 gram COz cylinder (T. 2) and in another way having the one way valve (1) mounted on will turn it into the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (1. T. 2).

The head section (T. 2. A) is derived and manufactured from 6 parts that have distinctive measurements.

PARTS FOR THE HEAD SECTION (T. 2. A) 1. Part: Cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) 2. Part: Neck part (T. 2. A. 2) 3. Part: Salient part (T. 2. A. 3) 4. Part : Connection part (T. 2. A. 4) 5. Part: Valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5) 6. Part: Small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6) DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE PARTS OF THE HEAD SECTION 1. Part: Cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) The outer part starting from the side of the head section (T. 2. A) to the neck part (T. 2. A. 2) is counted as the cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) and has distinctive sizes.

The valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5) is placed inside the cheek part (T. 2. A. 1).

The cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) completes the required measurements of the 12 gram COz cylinder (T. 2).

2. Part: Neck part (T. 2. A. 2) The part between the cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) and the salient part (T. 2. A. 3) of the head section (T. 2. A), is known as the neck part (T. 2. A. 2) having distinctive sizes.

A small hole goes through the neck part (T. 2. A. 2) which consists of small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6.

The neck part (T. 2. A. 2) is designed accordingly for the consumed 12 gram C02 (T. 2) cylinder but differently known as the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2), so that the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 2) can be used again.

3. Part: Salient part (T. 2. A. 3) The area, having distinctive measurements between the neck part (T. 2. A. 2) of the head section (T. 2. A), and the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) is the part known as the salient part (T. 2. A. 3). A hole goes through the salient part (T. 2. A. 3) of the head section that makes up the small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6). The salient part (T. 2. A. 3) of the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) of the head section (T. 2. A) at a distinctive size is pressed into the body section (T. 2. B) and after it has been mounted, the back area is soldered; which will prevent the area to dissipate.

4. Part: Connection part (T. 2. A. 4) The area that takes place on the other side of the head section (T. 2. A) and starting at the point of the salient part (T. 2. A. 3) ends, and ends at the base known as the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) at distinctive sizes.

A hole that makes up the small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6) of the head section passes through the interior of the connection part (T. 2. A4).

Before the head section (T. 2. A) is mounted by pressing it into the body section (T. 2. B), the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) must be placed into the body section (T. 2. B) at distinctive sizes.

Whilst the head section (T. 2. A) is mounted onto the body section (T. 2. B).

That is why the head section (T. 2. A) in the body section (T. 2. B) will be widened.

From this the diameter of the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) is variable.

The diameter of the connection part (T. 2. A. 4) is smaller than the hole that forms the interior of the reservoir of the body section (T. 2. B), in the other form be bigger.

The connection part (T. 2. A. 4) helps mount the head section (T. 2. A) into the body section (T. 2. B) by pressing it together.

5. Part: Valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5) Starting from one side of the head section (T. 2. A) the hole that is connected to the small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6), helps the mounting of the one way valve (1), to the section which has distinctive sizes (T. 2. A. 5).

The valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5) takes place in the cheek part (T. 2. A. 1).

In the valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5), the method used for mounting of the one way valve (1) takes place.

As long as the one way valve (1) is inserted into the valve entrance part (T. 2. A. 5), it then can be mounted onto the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2).

6. Part: Small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6) This is the part (T. 2. A. 6) which is formed by the wide hole that opens outwards, passing through the connection part (T. 2. A. 4), salient part (T. 2. A. 3) neck part (T. 2. A. 2), which starts after the hole inside the cheek part (T. 2. A. 1) of the head section (T. 2. A).

The small reservoir part (T. 2. A. 6), as long as head section (T. 2. A) is pressed and mounted onto the body section (T. 2. B), will complete the reservoir of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2) for it to be filled with liquidized CO2.

2-BODY SECTION (T. 2. B) The head section (T. 2. A) being pressed to the other side of the body section (T. 2. B), once this is mounted the body section (T. 2. B) will form the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2).

With the assistance of the head section (T. 2. A) that is pressed and mounted on the body section (T. 2. B), the reservoir part will appear. Due to this the 12 gram C02 cylinder will be'ready for the filling of the liquidized C02.

The body section (T. 2. B) is the part of the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 2) base that is in the shape of an oval glass with the distinctive size.

THE MOUNTING OF THE 12 GRAM CO2 CYLINDER (T2) As long as the parts are pressed and mounted to the 12 gram C02 cylinder, and when it turns into a single piece, the connected parts must strongly soldered together.

After the strong soldering has been completed, the 12 gram C02 cylinder is ready for use.

F-FEMALE SCREWED 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDERS (T. 1) (T. 2) The female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) are the cylinders that have a gasket socket in distinctive sizes and female screws inside the entrance of 12 gram C02 cylinders.

When the one way valve (1) is mounted by screwing them onto the 12 gram C02 cylinder, for the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder to be made (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) firstly gasket sockets then female screws must be opened.

G-OPERATIONS FOR TURNING THE KNOWN AND CONSUMED 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDERS INTO A FEMALE SCREWED 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDER (T. 1) To develop the known and consumed 12 gram C02 cylinder, where the one way valve (1) is. screwed on and mounted on, the cylinder will be transformed into the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) the cylinder must be transformed into a female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1).

Due to this, the known and consumed 12 gram COz cylinder can be mounted into the lathe turnery to be able to work on the mouth piece of the cylinder.

For the use of the cylinders the height of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) must be the same size as the known and consumed 12 gram COz cylinder. That is why the known 12 gram C02 cylinder must be shortened starting from the poached or riveted mouth.

Once completing the shortening operation of the known and consumed 12 gram COz cylinder, the hole that makes up the reservoir, comes out to be at a distinctive diameter at the mouth of the 12 gram C02 cylinder.

The hole that has been opened at the top of the known 12 gram C02 cylinder is widened at distinctive measures with a drill bit, to provide the diameter that is needed for the female screws which will be opened into the loaded part of the mouth 12 gram C02 cylinder.

A hole that is the same size as the gasket (G) that is on top of the one way valve (1) must be opened on the opened mouth of the 12 gram CO2 cylinder.

After this operation with the help of the screw tap that is secured in the mandrill of the lathe tourney, will open the female screws at distinctive measures in the entrance of the connection part (1. A. 4) of the one way valve, to suite the male screws.

After the female screws have been opened in the mouth of the known 12 gram C02 cylinder, it will turn into the 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) ready for the one way valve (1) to be mounted.

H-THE MOUNTING OF THE ONE WAY VALVE 12 GRAM CO2 CYLINDER (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) The person doing the mounting with one hand holding from the wrench holder part (1. A. 1) of the one way valve (1), the connection part (1. A. 4), and with the other hand holding the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2), after inserting it from the mouth section, must mount it to the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) by turning it with the strength of his/her fingers.

The person doing the mounting must use an open mouth spanner to turn one way valve part (1) from the wrench holder part (1. A. 1), the one way valve compressing part (1. A. 2), base area, the mouth part of the surface of the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) the connecting screws together until they are tightly firm.

After this, the person mounting must secure the gasket (1. G) into the gasket socket located at the mouth of the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2) together with the base of the compressing part (1. A. 2).

The person mounting, will complete the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) by squeezing the one way valve (1) with the female screwed 12 gram C02 cylinder (T. 1) (T. 2).

The person mounting will finally, secure the gasket (1.D) into the one way valve lay shaft part (1. A. 5), and the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be ready to use.

I-THE WORKING OPERATION FOR THE ONE WAY VALVE (1) After the mounting has been completed, the one way valve (1), will be kept closed by the plug section (1. C), until the single piece section (1. B) reaches the working pressure needed.

The one way valve (1) will work where the body section (1. A) is stabilized and depending on the motion of the single piece section (1. B).

In result of the pressure put on the base area of the socket part (1. B. 5), the bearing part (1. A. 7) of the body section, and the single piece section (1. B) which starts to move horizontally across the surface, will help the plug section (1. C) move and open the one way valve (1).

When the single piece section (1. B) helps the plug section (1. C), it will also squeeze the cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) with the base area of the neck part (1. B. 2).

Once the socket part (l. B. 5) of the one way valve lifts the pressure formed on the top area, the squeezed cylindrical helicon pressure spring (1. I) will be released and will return to its original position and at the same time the single piece section (l. B) will also return to its original position.

That is why the one way valve (1) will be kept closed again the plug section (l. C).

As long as the one way valve (1) is screwed onto the female screwed 12 gram CO2 cylinders (T. 1) (T. 2) and after it has been mounted, the control of the flow of the CO2 inside of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is made by the plug section (1. C), C02 delivery is done with the help of the gas canal part (1. B. 6) in the single piece section (l. B) and the gas entrance and exit holes part (1. B. 7) that is connected to this.

J-USE OF THE ONE WAY VALVE 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDERS (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) WITH C02 GUNS In C02 guns, the use of the consumed 12 gram CO2 cylinder and the use of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is exactly the same.

After the user has filled the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinders (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) with liquidized C02, and has inserted the gasket (l. D) into the socket part (1. B. 5) of the one way valve, will make the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) ready to be used with the CO2 gun. <BR> <BR> <BR> <P> After the user has inserted the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (1. T. 1)<BR> <BR> <BR> <BR> (1. T. 2) into the'socket of the C02 gun, he/she must turn the piece that belongs to the

gun which will push the one way valve 12 gram COx cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) towards the gas canal needle that is in the C02 gun.

By this way, before they use the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), they must fasten the CO2 guns part and the gasket that surrounds the gas canal needle so that it will be stabilized in the cylinder socket of the C02 gun.

As the one way valve 12 gramC02cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) inside the C02 gun to be stable together with the one way valves gaskets (l. D), hole in the middle, where the gas canal needle of the COs gun goes through the one way valves socket part (1. B. 5), which will be inserted and the socket part (1. B. 5) of the one way valve being on top of the gasket that surrounds the base of the gas canal needle will be seated around the top area.

Whilst the user turns the piece on the C02 gun quickly that will push the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2), the guns gasket will be squeezed onto the top area of the one way valves socket part (1. B. 5), which will give the one way valve (1) enough pressure for it to work.

Therefore the user by opening the one way valve will automatically transfer the C02 from the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to the C02 gun.

If the user does not wish to use the whole CO2 in the one way valve 12 gram C02 (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), he/she has to turn the piece under the C02 gun backwards, this will close the one way valve (1), so then he/she can take out the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) out of the COZ guns cylinder socket ready for re use.

THE FILLING DEVICE (2) FOR THE ONE WAY VALVE 12 GRAM CO2 CYLINDERS (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) J-THE SECTIONS AND PARTS THAT MAKE UP THE FILLING DEVICE (2) K-THE MOUNTING OPERATION FOR THE GAS DISCHARGE TAP SECTION (2. K) OF THE FILLING DEVICE L-MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SLIDE BOLT SECTION (2. 3. Part: Secondary gas canal part (2. J. 3) This is the part (2. J. 3) which starts from the center of the base of the 2" socket part (2. J. 4) of the connection piece section (2. J), and it is a part with distinctive measures, which the hole connected to the main gas canal part (2. J. 2) makes up.

The secondary gas canal part (2. J. 3), helps the remaining C02 in the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) and main gas canal part (2. J. 2) of the connecting section to pass to the gas discharge tap section (2. K).

4. Part: 2nd socket part (2. J. 4) Being part of the connection pieces section (2. J), the hollow starts from the top of the exterior part (2. J. 7) and opens inwardly and has female screws in it, the 2nd socket part has a distinctive size (2. J. 4).

The hole which makes the secondary gas canal part (2. J. 3) starts from the center of the base of the 2nd socket part (2. J. 4).

The 2nd socket part (2. J. 4) is the part which the gasket (2. P) is placed inside.

The 2nd socket part (2. J. 4) helps the gas discharge tap section (2. K) mounted on the connection piece section (2. J), by screwing.

5. Part : Male screw part (2. J. 5) This part is located on the connection piece section (2. J), where male screws are on top, and which has distinctive sizes (2. J. 5).

The male screw part (2. J. 5) diameter measurement is larger than the diameter of the tip part (2. J. 6). That is why from where the tip part (2. J. 6) starts, the surface area of the male screw part (2. J. 5) takes place.

During the mounting of the filling device (2), the gasket (2. R), is placed and squeezed between the surface area of the male screw part (2. J. 5) and the base area of the socket part (2. L. 2) of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L), so this will stabilize and will enable it do its duty.

The male screw part (2. J. 5) will enable the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) to be screwed onto the connection piece section (2. J) 6. Part: Tip part (2. J. 6) It is a cylindrical part (2. J. 6) at a distinctive size on the other side of the connection piece section (2. J) and which starts from the end of the male screw part (2. J. 5) and forms the last part.

At the center of the tip part (2. J. 6), the other side of the hole which makes up the main gas canal part (2. J. 2) takes place.

The tip part (2. J. 6) is of the size, which can easily be put in the single piece sections socket part (1. B. 5) of the one way valve (1).

The tip part (2. J. 6) is where the gasket (2. R) is placed on top.

The tip part (2. J. 6) enables the transfer of the C02 that is inside the C02 fire extinguisher out of the connection piece section (2. J) or helps transfer the CO2 in one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) into the main gas canal part (2. J. 2).

7. Part: Exterior part (2. J. 7) The exterior part (2. J. 7) starting from one side of the connection piece section (2. J) to the beginning of the male screw part (2. J. 5), which makes up the exterior part, having six corners and a distinctive size.

On top of the exterior part (2. J. 7) starts the hollow that makes up the 2nd socket part (2. J. 4).

The exterior part (2. J. 7), helps the turning of the connection piece section (2. J) with an open mouth spanner, when the screws of the known CO2 fire extinguisher and the connection piece section (2. J) needs to be tightened.

2-GAS DISCHARGE TAP SECTION (2. K) When the liquidized C02 is released and transferred from the known C02 fire extinguisher into the connection piece section (2. J) and into the one way valve 12 gram cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2), due to the heat whilst this transition is being made, the liquidized C02 will turn into C02 gas, the secondary gas canal part (2. J. 3) will enable the CO2 gas or liquidized CO2 to be released out from the filling device (2).

The gas discharge tap section (2. K) is part of the filling device (2) is screwed on and mounted on top of the exterior part (2. J. 7) of the connection piece section (2. J) and will do its duty.

The gas discharge tap section (2. K), is formed from 2 base sections, made from metal materials, and is manufactured at a distinctive size.

2-SINGLE PIECE SECTION (2. K. B) With the help of the male screws, the single piece section (2. K. B), is tightened and mounted to the female screwed hole part (2. K. A. 4) of the body section; and in this section with the help of the connecting screws it is operated by opening or closing the hole in the middle of the gasket (2. P), which helps the gas discharge tap section (2. K) to do its duty.

The single piece section (2. K. B) is the base section where the handle tool (2. S) is placed on top.

The single piece section (2. K. B) is the base section in a distinctive size of the gas discharge tap section (2. K).

2. Part: Piston ring canal part (2. N. 2) This part (2. N. 2) having a distinctive size, is formed by the circular hollow opened vertically in the socket part (2. N. 3) of the slide bolt section (2. N).

The piston ring canal part (2. N. 2) is opened in front of the known thrust bearing piece (2. U) which will be situated in the socket part (2. N. 3).

The piston ring (2. Y) once placed in will hold the piston ring canal part (2. N. 2).

3. Part: Socket part (2. N. 3) This part (2. N. 3) which has distinctive measures, is formed by the hollow in one side of the slide bolt section (2. N) The piston ring canal part (2. N. 2) is located in the socket part (2. N. 3).

The socket part (2. N. 3) by protecting the thrust bearing piece (2. U) and the piston ring placed in it will enable them to function properly.

4. Part: Handle part (2. N. 4) This part (2. N. 4) starts at the end of the male pitch motion screwed part (2. N. 1) of the slide bolt section (2. N), and makes up the other side and is at a distinctive size.

The handle holder part (2. N. 5) is located on top of the handle part (2. N. 4).

The user will have control of the slide bolt section (2. N) as long as they hold on to the handle part (2. N. 4), also it is the part where the handle tool (2. Z) is mounted onto.

The handle part (2. N. 4) will help the user to mount the slide bolt section (2. N) into the female pitch motion screwed part (2. M. 5) of the moving piece section, by turning it so that he/she can operate it.

5-Part: Handle holder part (2. N. 5) This part (2. N. 5) has a hole that has been opened horizontally all the way through the handle part (2. N. 4), and has female screws in it and is part of the slide bolt section (2. N).

The handle holder part (2. N. 5) enables the handle tool (2. Z) to be situated on to the handle holder part (2. N. 5) by being screwed and mounted.

6-GASKET (2.0) This piece (2.0) is in a circular shape and has a hole in the middle, it is durable against C02 and made from soft tools, which may sometimes be manufactured in necessary hardness, it prevent seepages and is at a distinctive size.

The gasket (2.0) is inserted into the socket part (2. J. 1) of the connection piece section.

After the gasket (2.0) has been inserted into the 1st socket part (2. J. 1) of the connection piece section, it is mounted onto the male screw valve of the C02 fire extinguisher by screwing it to the filling device (2) The gasket (2.0) will prevent seepages from the screws on the one way valve 12 gram cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) whilst it is filled with C 02 gas from the filling device (2) and the C02 fire extinguisher.

7-GASKET (2. P) This piece (2. P) is in a circular shape and has a hole in the middle, it is durable against C02 and made from soft tools, may sometimes be manufactured in hard forms according to the need, it prevent seepages is at a distinctive size.

The gasket (, ;. P) is inserted into the 2nd socket part (2. J. 4) of the connection piece section.

Whilst the one way valve 12 gram cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) is filled with liquidized C02, between the connection piece section (2. J) and the gas discharge tap section (2. K), the gasket (2. P) will prevent seepages occurring from the connection screws of the filling device (2) and at the same time will help the gas discharge tap section (2. K) to function properly.

8-GASKET (2. R) This piece (2. R) is in a circular shape and has a hole in the middle, it is durable against C02 and made from soft tools, may sometimes be manufactured in hard forms according to the need, it prevent seepages is at a distinctive size.

This part (2. R) that has the suitable diameter to be inserted into the 2nd socket part (2. L. 2) of the cylinder recess piece section is inserted on top of the tip part (2. J. 6) of the connection piece section with the help of the hole in the middle of it.

After the gasket (2. R) is inserted on top of the tip part (2. J. 6) of the connection piece section (2. J) the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) must be fastened to the male screw part (2. J. 5) of the connection piece section (2. J).

While the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) is fastened to the connection piece section (2. J), the gasket (2. R) is to be inserted between the base area of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) and the surface of the male screw part (2. J. 5) of the connection piece sections (2. J), and then can it do its function properly.

The top area of the head part (l. B. 1) must be fastened on the gasket (2. R) so that the single piece section (l. B) triggers properly.

The gasket (2. R) will prevent seepages when the C02 gas moves through

the connection piece section (2. J) and the surface of one side of the connecting screws of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L), on top part (I. B. I) of the one way valve of the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) and at the same time keep the one way valve (1) in an open position.

9-HANDLE TOOL (2. S) This tool (2. S) is a piece of the filling device (2) made from good quality cylindrical metal, being at a distinctive size.

The handle tool (2. S) has a hole and female screws in the middle of it.

The handle tool (2. S) will be fastened to the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1) of the single piece section (2. K. B) which is under the gas discharge tap section (2. K), after it will be mounted and stabilized with a nut (2. X).

The handle tool (2. S) will help the user in turning the single piece section (2.K.B) while the gas discharge tap section (2.K) operated.

10- BOLTS (2.TT) These cylindrical headed bolts are made of good quality metal, with distinctive sizes (2. TT).

The washers (2. W. 2) are inserted on the bolts (2. TT) and are inserted through the mounting holes part (2. M. 3) of the moving piece section (2. M), then they enable to mount the two pieces together by being screwed, on to the female screw mounting holes parts (2. L. 5) of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L).

11-THRUST BEARING PIECE (2. U) As known it has a hole in the middle, manufactured from metal pieces and is at a distinctive size.

After the thrust bearing piece (2. U) is inserted into the socket part (2. N. 3) of the slide bolt section (2. N), it will be stabilized in the socket part (2. N. 3) with the help of the piston ring (2. Y). The thrust bearing piece (2. U) is a piece of the filling device (2) where the portable piece (2. V) is inserted in the hole in the middle of the thrust bearing.

With the help of the feed screws the turning function of the slide bolt section (2. N) is carried out and turns the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) in the direction of the feed screws at the point of fastening.

As a result of this the connection screws of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) are loosened. In this case the C0 that is inserted into the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will leak from the loosened connection screws, then the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will not be filled properly.

Because this problem cannot be resolved by changing the direction of the feed screws, due to the necessity of opening and closing the slide bolt section (2. N), the thrust bearing piece is used (2. U).

The thrust bearing piece (2. U) will help the slide bolt section (2. N) to work properly without turning the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) in the direction of the feed screws.

12 PORTABLE PIECE (2. V) The portable piece (2. V) prevents the pressure which appears while the slide bolt section (2. N) operates from deforming the back of the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The portable piece (2. V) is mounted on top of the thrust bearing piece (2. U) with the help of the handle that is fitted in the middle of the thrush bearing piece (2. U).

The portable piece (2. V) will be in contact with the back of the one way. valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), when the slide bolt section (2. N) is functioning The portable piece (2. V) is made from hard plastic at a distinctive size, it is made up of 2 parts and it is a piece of the filling device (2).

1. Part : Handle part (2. V. 1) 2. Part : Pushing part (2. V. 2) DESCRIPTION OF THE PARTS FOR THE PORTABLE PIECE (2. V) 1. Part: Handle part (2. V. 1) Starting from the base of one side of the portable piece (2. V), it ends at the beginning of the pushing part (2. V. 2), and it is at a distinctive size (2. V. 1).

The handle part (2. V. 1) must be placed in the middle of the thrust bearing piece (2. U) so that it can help the portable piece (2. V) to stay on top of the thrush bearing piece (2. U).

2. Part: Pushing part (2. V. 2) This part (2. V. 2) starts where the handle part (2. V. 1) of the portable piece (2. The pushing part (2. V. 2) will block the contact between the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) and the thrust bearing piece (2. U), and will be a tampon for the back of the one way valve 12 gram COz cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) when the slide bolt section (2. N) functions.

13 WASHER (2. W. 1) It is in the shape of a ring and has a hole in the middle ; it is made of hard plastic with a'distinctive size. (2. W. 1) During the mounting of the filling device (2) is placed between the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) and the moving piece section (2. M), which the washer (2. W. 1) will eliminate the friction.

14 WASHER (2. W. 2) The known washer which is made from metal at a distinctive size (2. W. 2) The washer (2. W. 2) is placed with the bolts (2. TT) which are used during the mounting of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) to the moving piece section (2. M); this is placed on the tops of the screws (2. T) so that it will stop the friction made on the moving piece section (2. M).

15. PISTON RING (2. Y) The known piston ring (2. Y) is made of metal and being at a distinctive size.

The piston ring (2. Y) is placed in the piston ring canal part (2. N. 2) of the slide bolt section.

The piston ring (2. Y) will help the slide bolt section (2. N) to be mounted in the socket part (2. N. 3) so that the thrust bearing piece (2. U) will function regularly.

16-HANDLE TOOL (2. Z) Having male screws on one side, it is made of quality metal, and is at a distinctive size and in the shape of a cylindrical stick. (2. Z) The handle tool (2. Z) is mounted on the handle part (2. N. 4) by being screwed to the handle part (2. N. 5) of the slide bolt section.

The handle tool (2. Z) will help the slide bolt section (2. N) to turn efficiently.

17-NUT (2. X) The known nut (2. X) is made from quality metal, and is at a distinctive size.

The nut (2. X) is placed and screwed on the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1) on the single piece section which the base of the gas discharge tap section (2. K).

The nut (2. X) is fastened with the help of an open mouth spanner, and stabilizes the handle tool (2. S) with the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1).

K-THE MOUNTING OF GAS DISCHARGE TAP SECTION (2. K) OF THE FILLING DEVICE (2): The person doing the mounting will be holding the base part (2. K. B. 2) of the single piece section (2. K. A) fastens it to the inside the female screwed hole part (2. K. A. 4) of the body section held with the other hand.

The person doing the mounting must turn the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1) of the single piece section, whist turning the female screwed hole part (2. K. A. 4) of the body section (2. K. A), once it goes through it a distinctive size will come out of the top area of the body section (2. K. A).

The person doing the mounting will fasten the nut (2. X) to the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1),"and then turn the handle tool (2. S) so that it will fit on top of the male screwed stem part (2. K. B. 1).

The person doing the mounting will have in one hand the handle tool (2. S) and with the other will turn the nut (2. X) by an open mouthed spanner. By this way the person doing the mounting will fasten the top of the single piece section and complete the mounting with the help of the handle tool (2. S).

The person doing the mounting must turn the handle tool (2. S) and place the base part (2. K. B. 2) of the single piece section (2. K. B) inside the bearing part (2. K. A. 3) of the body section, and complete the mounting for the gas discharge tap section (2. K).

L-MOUNTING OPERATIONS FOR THE SLIDE BOLT SECTION (2. N) OF THE FILLING DEVICE (2).

The person doing the mounting will place the thrust bearing piece (2. U) inside the socket part (2. N. 3) of the slide bolt section then piston ring (2. Y) must be placed in piston ring canal part (2. N. 2), and the mounting for the thrust bearing piece (2. U) will be completed.

The person doing the mounting will screw the handle tool (2. Z) to the handle holder part of the slide bolt section and mount it on the handle part (2. N. 4).

The person doing the mounting will place the handle part (2. V. 1) of the portable piece into the middle of the thrust bearing piece (2. U), then place the portable piece (2. V) on top of the thrust bearing piece (2. U) and complete the mounting of the slide bolt section (2. N).

M-MOUNTING OPERATION OF THE FILLING DEVICE (2) The gasket (2. P) is placed in the 2"''socket part (2. J. 4) of the connection piece section (2. J) so that the surface of one side sits on the surface of the base area of the 2" socket part (2. J. 4).

The gas discharge tap section (2. K) will be screwed in the 2nd socket part (2. J. 4) with the help of the male screwed part (2. K. A. 2) and then placed on top of the connection piece section (2. J).

The body section (2. K. A) which is the base part of the gas discharge tap section (2. K) will be turned from the exterior part (2. K. A. 1) with the open mouthed spanner; this will help the gasket (2. P) to be tightened to the base area of the male screwed part (2. K. A. 2). As a result of this the gasket (2. P) will function properly.

The gasket (2. R) is placed on top of the tip part (2. J. 6) of the connection piece section.

The cylinder socket piece section (2. L) is mounted on the connection piece section (2. J) by being screwed with the female screws inside the socket part (2. L. 2).

By fastening the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) with an open mouthed spanner from the exterior part (2. L. 1) the gasket' (2. R) will be fastened between the base area of the socket part (2. L. 2) and the male screw part (2. J. 5) of the connection piece section (2. J). As a result of this the gasket (2. R) will function as it should.

The moving piece section (2. M) will be fitted on top of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) with the help of the connection stile part (2. M. 2).

The washers (2. W. 1) are placed in between the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) and the connection stile part (2. M. 2) of the moving piece section. The bolts (2. TT) having the washers (2. W. 2) on top of them will be mounted on the moving piece section (2. M) mounting holes part (2. M. 3) one by one and then screwed onto the mounting holes of the female screwed mounting holes part (2. L. 5) of the cylinder socket piece section (2. L). After the bolts (2. TT) have been fastened the moving piece section (2. M), will be mounted on the cylinder socket piece section (2. L) so that the front part of the cylinder socket part (2. L. 4) will open and close, without being stabilized.

With the help of the handle tool (2. Z) be turned and screwed, the slide bolt section (2. N) will be mounted to the moving piece section socket part Once the slide bolt section (2. N) is mounted to the moving piece section (2. M), the mounting for the filling device (2) will be complete.

N-AS LONG AS THE FILLING DEVICE (2) IS SCREWED THE MOUNTING OF THE VALVE TO THE PRESENT COz FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

The gasket (2. 0) is placed in the 1st socket part (2. J. 1) of the connection piece section of the filling device so that the surface of one side leans on the base part ofthe 1st socket part (2. J. 1).

The filling device (2) will be screwed onto known COz fire extinguishers male screw valve by screwing it with the help of female screws in the socket part (2. J. 1).

The filling device (2) with the help of the open mouthed spanner will turn the exterior part (2. J. 7) of the connection piece section (2. J); the gasket (2.0) will be fastened between the 1st socket base area and the surface male screw valve of the C02 fire extinguisher.

Therefore the gasket (2.0) will be able to function as desired and at the same time complete the mounting of the filling device (2).

0-THE OPERATION FOR FILLING THE ONE WAY VALVE 12 GRAM C02 CYLINDER (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) WITH LIQUIDIZED C02 BY USING THE FILLING DEVICE (2) The user will use the known CO2 fire extinguisher when filling the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The user will mount and fasten the filling device (2) to the male screwed valve of the C02 fire extinguisher so they can transfer the liquidized C02 to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The user will hold the back of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) so that the one way valves top part (1. B. 1) will face the surface of the one side of the gasket (2. R), and place it in cylinder socket part (2. L. 4) of the filling devices (2).

The user will hold the moving piece section (2. M), so that it closes the front of the cylinder socket part (2. L. 4) and at the same time hold and turn the handle tool (2. Z) so that the slide bolt section (2. N) will work.

The user with the help of the slide bolt section (2. N) will place the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) between the gasket (2. R) and the portable piece (2. V).

After this operation with the effect of the squeezing action, the moving piece section (2. M) will be stable and the closed one way valve (1) of the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinders (I. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be opened.

Once the one way valve (1) it is opened, the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be ready for the next operations to intake the liquidized C02.

The user will open the valve of the C02 fire extinguisher and with the help of the main gas canal part (2. J. 2) of the filling device; the liquidized C02 will be transferred to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The user after waiting for a few seconds for the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to be filled will close the valve of the C02 fire extinguisher, which will automatically close the flow of the liquidized C02 to the filling device (2).

When the liquidized C02 is transferred from the C02 fire extinguisher to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) via the filling device (2), the liquidized CO2 can turn into C02 gas due to the excessive heat caused during the transfer.

In this case, the C02 in the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) that has turned into gas, will not provide enough C02 pressure when used, as well as it will block the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to be completely filled with liquidized C02.

Due to this the C02 gas that is in the filling device (2) and the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), must be emptied out from the filling device (2).

When emptying out the C02 gas from the filling device (2) and one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2), the energy that is released, may cause the filling device (2) and one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) to cool down.

That is why the user must coniinue with the emptying operation when transferring the liquidized C02 gas from the C02 fire extinguisher through the filling device (2) to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2), which will cool the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) until the liquidized C02 will not turn into the gas form.

With this purpose the user must turn the handle tool (2. S) and open the gas discharge tap section (2. K), which will empty out the C02 gas in the filling device (2) and the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

The user must continue to do this until the liquidized C02 inside the C02 fire extinguisher and in the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will not turn into C02 gas.

During the emptying operation, the C02 that may come out of the gas discharge hole part (2. K. A. 5) of the filling device (2) can be observed. While the gas form cannot be seen, the liquidized C02 will harden (dry ice) when released into the air and immediately turn into gas. The dry ice can be seen clearly at this stage.

That is why the user will be able to know what state the C02 that he/she transferred from the C02 fire extinguisher to the filling device (2) may be in.

The user must continue with the filling operation by following the C02 density that is squirted out from the gas discharge hole part (2. K. A. 5) and out from the filling device (2).

The user after closing the gas discharge tap section (2. K), he/she can again open the valve of the CO2 fire extinguisher and transfer the liquidized C02 to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) with the help of the filling device (2).

After the user has completely filled the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) with the liquidized CO2, after waiting for a few seconds, must close the valve of the C02 fire extinguisher, which will stop the flow of the liquidized C02 to the filling device (2).

At the end of this, the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be completely full of liquidized C02.

For the user to take out the one way valve 12 gram CO2 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) from the cylinder socket part (2. L. 4) in the filling device (2), he/she must hold the moving piece section (2. M) with one hand and at the same time turn the slide bolt section (2. N).

Once the slide bolt section (2. N) opens, the pressure on the moving piece section (2. M) and on the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be eliminated.

As a result of this the moving piece section (2M) is released and at the same time the valve on the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (l. T. 1) (1. T. 2) will be closed and the liquidized C02 in the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (I. T. I) (l. T. 2) will be protected.

At the same time the liquidized C02 inside the main gas canal part (2. J. 2) of the filling device (2), the will turn into C02 gas and with the help of the gas discharge holes part (2. L. 6) of the cylinder piece sections will be emptied out.

The user will open the open cylinder socket part (2. L. 4) by changing the direction of the moving piece section (2. M).

The user the will be able to remove the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) which is filled with liquidized C02 from the cylinder socket part (2. L. 4).

The user will place the gasket (l. D) into the socket part (1. B. 5) of the single piece section belonging to the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2).

By this way, the user who has filled the one way valve 12 gram C02 cylinder (1. T. 1) (1. T. 2) with the liquidized C02 is finally ready to use it with the C02 gun.

With this invention the devices which enables the person to fill the 12 gram C02 cylinders by themselves, can be used with the following equipments; soda machines, fire extinguishers, electro equipments used in hospitals, paintball guns, the aero bag, machines for making seltzer water, camera, camcorder, lens, and optical cleaning devices, inflatable life jackets, C02 powered model planes and cars, bicycle and motorcycle pumps.
