Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a main body part which is formed with a storage space of a predetermined size on the inside of a main body having a cylindrical shape at the upper edge, and which is formed with an open-fronted working chamber in the centre of the underside of the outside of the main body; a drive part which is formed so as to generate a drive force at a base plate secured to the working chamber of the main body part; a gear part which transmits the drive force generated by the drive part; a rotational part which rotates due to the drive force transmitted by the gear part, is formed such that its rotational shaft projects inside the storage space of the main body and is formed with a shaft-connecting piece at the end of the rotational shaft; and a dewatering part which is formed with a dewatering tube and is formed with a connecting piece on the bottom surface of the dewatering tube, so as to be able to rotate in a state in which it is installed and connected to the shaft-connecting piece of the rotational part.
