Abstract:
Provided is a DF (Direct Fountain) coater head (1) which includes a plurality of chambers (23), into which a paint (W) is supplied, and feeds the respective paint (W) from these chambers (23) through a nozzle section (33) to form the fed paint (W) in the shape of curtain film (T). The DF coater head (1) has individual DF coater head sections (2, 3, 4) formed in a multi-layered structure, each head section (2, 3, 4) including the chamber (23) and the nozzle section (33), and is configured such that the gap of the nozzle section (33) can be adjusted for each DF coater head section (2, 3, 4). This configuration allows for adjusting the profile of the curtain film (T) for each DF coater head section (2, 3, 4).
