Abstract:
The present invention is directed to methods of diagnosing and treating subjects with dilated cardiomyopathy. The diagnostic and therapeutic applications are based on mutations in RAF1. A method for identifying compounds useful in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy is also disclosed.
