Abstract:
The invention relates to diagnosis of units, mechanisms and system driven by an electric motor. The inventive method for diagnosing mechanisms and systems provided with an electric motor consists in measuring the amplitude modulation frequency of electric current consumed by said electric motor, in measuring the amplitude modulation depth for each frequency, in detecting the defective unit of the mechanism or system, which provokes the oscillating load applied on the electric motor and in determining the defect value by the measured modulation depth.
