Abstract:
A troubleshooting program (51) required for troubleshooting a diagnosis object device (1) is given from a troubleshooting database (4) to a diagnosis terminal (2). The diagnosis object device (1), the diagnosis terminal (2), and the troubleshooting database (4) are provided in separate bodies. The diagnosis terminal (2) requires only the troubleshooting program (51) corresponding to the type and failure of the diagnosis object device (1) from the troubleshooting database (4). The troubleshooting program (51) can be stored in the troubleshooting database (4) even the program is suggested after manufacturing of the diagnosis object device (1), and it can be given to the diagnosis terminal (2). The diagnosis terminal (2) executes the given troubleshooting program (51), thereby troubleshooting the diagnosis object device (1).
