Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diagnostic cartridge having improved flow of a solution, and more particularly, to a diagnostic cartridge having a structure capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of a diagnosis using the diagnostic cartridge by controlling whether or not a solution is discharged according to the volume of the solution injected through an inlet of the diagnostic cartridge. According to the present invention, whether or not the solution is discharged can be controlled according to the volume of the solution injected through the inlet when using the diagnostic cartridge according to the present invention, and thus the accuracy of an antigen-antibody reaction can be increased while lowering the rate of loss of the solution to improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis through a kit.
