Abstract:
A diagnostic device (10) according to the present invention comprises: current detection units (14r, 14s, 14t) that measure current values of currents flowing in a circuit breaker; and a diagnostic unit (11) that diagnoses the cause of a break when the circuit breaker shuts off from the current values measured by the current detection units (14r, 14s, 14t), the diagnostic unit (11) diagnosing the cause of the break on the basis of the current values immediately before the circuit breaker shut off.
